I was scammed, lied to, falsely led, and denied service by scam artists at the Hacienda Vista Real on behalf of the Royal Holiday Vacation Club. I am a 39 yrs old female that works in nursing for over 29 yrs and for the last couple of years I noticed that the cherokee brand of uniforms only carry there pockets of the back right side as to say that everybody uses the right side. I never seen very bad service in BSNL in all terms of the Land line services as per my experience in past 2 years. Process is good and in place but the BSNL employees are not following it and end result customers are in well. My son had a contract with cingular - their service was horrible - either rude or would make promises not kept - bill was never the same - he spent hours on the phone trying to get things fixed - the store fronts would tell him one thing - customer service would say they had not authority - finally a phone rep told him to cancel his service if he was so unhappy - so he did. Two years ago I purchased a Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner and a 70-pint dehumidifier. I got lucky, the vacuum cleaner died within a few months and it was covered under warranty. However, the dehumidifier lasted two whole seasons (it doesn't even run all year). I took it in to the parts place and they want $120 to fix it. Four years ago we purchased a Samsung wide screen HD television from Sears in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This letter is a complaint about the SST/Providian credit card. I have never dealt with such an obnoxious, rude customer service department in all my credit history! I just finished a session with HP customer service over there over invasive license agreement for a deskjet 1300 series printer. My simple complaint was I just want a printer driver that does not give HP the right to search my computer at any time and access any data they desire. I guess it is typical for propane dealers not to send out bills. When they make a delivery, they leave a bill and you are expected to pay it in a timely fashion. My Kenmore Elite H3 is staining my white and light colored clothes. I have had the machines for 5 or 6 years and have had no problem until recently.
