In La Grande , ORe. At the local Burger King, there is a Woman working there as a Supervisor, who has not had the training it takes to be one. All other Supervisors have had to take the classes and all that to be out on the floor doing their job. But not Amber Ovalle, she seems to have the Waldrops in her pocket. In 2005, I met with Ruth Moore to purchase gowns from her and be trained in how to open and run a bridal store. She said we could get every dress manufacturer from her and that she had a network of other stores she helped across the nation. She was located in Medford, MN and I was in Florida. She seemed legitimate until I could not get a hold of her or my gown orders. To this day I still of never heard from her. I know of several other girls that this happened to. I placed and order on June 28, 2007 with Expert Appliance for a natural gas to LP conversion kit for a Luxaire furnace I own. I went to their website, entered my furnace model number and selected the part I needed from the parts they had listed and the total for the part was $215.71 after the $10.00 rebate for paying with an online check. Me and my wife were at sonic today 07/23/2007. Just waiting at the drive to place an order. You know (fast food) for about 6 minutes and never got the call over the little box. 3 Three people behind us waited and then just left. We pulled around and into one of stalls and finally placed the order. Just for 2 drinks 1medium lemon berry slush 1 large strawberry/limeade/cranberries. DO NOT EVER BUY A MAYTAG APPLIANCE!! Their customer Service is the worst experience ever. My wife and I purchased a new side by side refrigerator. The compressor broke 1 1/2 weeks after the warranty expired. We got the compressor for free but Maytag wouldn't take into consideration that the warranty was only 1 1/2 weeks past the expiration date. The unit has also leaked for the whole 3 years. On 5/6 I made the mistake of ordering Pella French doors from Lowes. 3 weeks later when the doors arrived the hardware (handles) were not included. In checking out the Lowes rep admitted he made a mistake on the order and the handles I ordered were not available. But there were not any handles included at all. I purchased a MAYTAG window air conditioner on line from Home Depot - they shipped me a Fedders which is okay BUT!!! The Fedders was made in 2005 - it was an old one and had to have the internal panel replaced in one month. I could of returned it to the store (they shipped free but refused to pick it up) however I was out my installation charge. I could get through to no one one this complaint - they were insulting. I have had the absolutely worst experience at the CVS pharmacy in Montvale. I called the automated phone line to renew my prescription, then followed up with a phone call. I was assured by the pharmacy that my prescription was there. After 1 hour and 40 minutes on hold to Maytag's 800 number. I did get a chance to talk top a real person concerning the 06 Maytag costly refrigerator. PROBLEM defective main circuit board (made in China). This circuit board controls all functions on this refrigerator. I have a 2002 BMW 330i convertible. Yesterday (7/20/2007) I was driving on an expressway in Baltimore, Md when my car stalled. The highway was extremely busy and my husband and I are lucky we did not get killed. There were several lights (error lights) lit up, eml, check engine soon, brakes and one more like a triangle. About 15 months ago I bought a Riccar vacuum cleaner. Within a few months the motor burned out and the dust brush holder fell off. The vacuum cleaner store replaced the motor. This is just the latest in the saga of this sad piece of crap. This will be the sixth (I think) service call. During the convection cook cycle the unit went belly up. No reboot. DOA. Prediction: unit will have to come down for repair and only one serviceman will be sent requiring a reschedule which will result in the same thing. On the third visit I will be told I must remove new stove underneath first. This will be difficult for me to take and I will remove the microwave by myself and throw it into the front yard in front of them. Never will purchase appliance from Sears again.
