HSBC / Credit Card

I was a HSBC credit card holder, i had outstanding amount on the credit card and the same was settled with HSBC on 17th September 2006. I have a receipt issued to me by HSBC for the same. I find that my name appears in Satyam online defaulters list and am not able to apply for any credit facility from any banks.
Recently i applied for AMEX corporate card and the application was rejected, i was not given a reason for the same but on persistent inquiry i was told that my name appears in Satyam Online Defaulters list. Even after doing a settlement with HSBC my name has still not been removed from the list.

Paid for new rubber roof with warranty. Roof was leaking after 6 weeks. To make a long story short he would not stand by his warranty and told me to take him to court. I DID, he never showed and I was awarded$2200. After three years I am still waiting for my money. The shotty roof job caused damage to the drywall and ruined my carpets, not to mention the plywood on the roof that had to be completely removed. These guys are horrible. They decided they needed to move the Valueweb customer's servers to Tampa, Fl since HostWay took over. My server has been offline for almost 4 days! You call support and they pretty much laugh at you and say we're working on it. 99.9% uptime means nothing to these guys... customer support and customer satisfaction are completely written off as well. I had bought a Fly mobile from Subhiksha Stores, and was told that the mobile is good and the features and price at which it is available is the best in the market. They said they had sold various pieces and no complaint had come till now, however on usage i am facing basic problems with the handset. You cant set the ringer tone, alarm doesn't ring, profiles wont change the ringers etc... They are really Scam. I bought a $5 phone card actually I paid $6 According to their list I could make phone call to Tehran for 2C per minute. After I first use I figure out they charged me 12C per minute. Juniper Financial, owned by Barclays Bank (Delaware via UK), informed me they can take from 3 to 10 days to note that a customer check has been received. And then they add an additional 24 hours to process that check. All the while piling up on the customer HUGE LATE FEES -- EVEN THOUGH CHECK WAS IN U.S. MAIL AND AT THEIR BANK BY DUE DATE. That allows them to PILE UP a total of 12 days on which they can charge late fees. AND ALL THE WHILE CHECK WAS MAILED IN TIME TO ARRIVE BY THE DUE DATE!

I purchased a new Nokia 6300 mobile telephone from 02 in May of this year, from new the phone seemed to be very slow in calling up menu’s etc and had bad voice quality when making phone calls. I accepted these minor problems as I could not do without my phone. Hi. i was using Idea and was happy with that... I received a call from the Hutch care center regarding a postpaid connection offered by Hutch. I agreed to take the connection as it was sounding good that time.they told me that the new number will be activated within 24 Hrs.. its now 7 days past but the bloody number is still not working. I am in big trouble, and i tried hutch care and the DSA numbers many times a day and every new person told me that it will take 2-3 more hours to get it activated. When the delivery came that they started to put the bedroom set together it wasn't the one she order from the catalog. On 05/10/06, I purchased and had installed, two watch batteries from Kay Jewelers (Columbia Mall, Bernadette Rd. Columbia, Mo.). The cost was $12.95 per battery which came with a "Lifetime Battery Warranty" clearly stated on the receipt, which I still have. I was told at the time of purchase that by paying a little more for the batteries (batteries usually cost about $9.98) they would be replaced, by Kay Jewelers, at no charge, for the lifetime of the watch.

We paid $1200.00 for this TV at the end of December 2006. The screen went completely black the beginning of June 2007. Called for service, it was a week before anyone could come out to look at it. Once the repairman was here, he said the TV was having major problems and would have to go back to his shop for repair. Three weeks later the repairman said he was still waiting for a decision from Samsung on whether the part needed was available. NOT!!!! I have proof of payment but he denies that the payment was for these pants. The owner is a crook and the tailor is AWFUL.

This unit broke within the first two week I had it. It took the company approximately two months to repair or replace it. They promised me an extended warranty of another year from the date I first purchased the unit because they had "lost" it somewhere in their repair system.
The company did not fulfill its promised warranty extension nor does it have any customer service or repair facilities when the product is no longer in warranty.

Though my computer was still under warranty, I was notified by Sony after several days of sending the laptop in, that I needed to pay about $170 for some 'cosmetics damages'. I was infuriated.
