I had a bad experience with Big Bazaar recently wherein we had ordered for a study table.When the study table actually arrived it has been brought in a box all dismantle by the delivery guy and all refused to assemble the table. I have sent my desktop computer (still under warranty) back to Gateway twice since April. The first time the hard drive crashed - for no explicable reason. I spoke with a person at the company who refused to give me his full name and told me there were no other employees at the business address and told me that the part worked and that the professional tech that I had come to home to use the part purchased did not know what he was doing. I was scammed, lied to, falsely led, and denied service by scam artists at the Hacienda Vista Real on behalf of the Royal Holiday Vacation Club. Needless to say that I lost a very substantial amount of money and my vacation was ruined twice. I filed a complaint with Profeco but received no real help. I never seen very bad service in BSNL in all terms of the Land line services as per my experience in past 2 years. Process is good and in place but the BSNL employees are not following it and end result customers are in well. I am a 39 yrs old female that works in nursing for over 29 yrs and for the last couple of years I noticed that the cherokee brand of uniforms only carry there pockets of the back right side as to say that everybody uses the right side. Unfortunately I have some limitation on the my right side so I have always depending on my left side which included a back left pocket. Hopefully with this complaint you could go back to pleasing and not limiting your clothing only to right back pockets that doesn't help the left handed person. My friends and I attended the Chocolate Buffet. I have to say that I was disappointed. I expected more from the Ritz-Carlton. Our waitress was very nice, but after our first drink order, she disappeared. After using the buffet once, the trays were empty. They were not replaced or refilled to keep up with the number of people who were using the Chocolate Buffet. We had to stand in line for twenty minutes waiting to have a crepe made, or should I say reheated, as they were not made fresh as I would expect from the Ritz. I just finished a session with HP customer service over there over invasive license agreement for a deskjet 1300 series printer. I live in Waterloo and own a 2002 Chrysler Mini Van - Yesterday when I went to grab the front edge of the hood to open it a large piece @ 2" by 3" crumbled in my hand. I guess it is typical for propane dealers not to send out bills. When they make a delivery, they leave a bill and you are expected to pay it in a timely fashion. We boarded our 5 month old puppy at Dog-tel Hotel located in Ocean City Maryland on July 21st and 22nd. When we came to pick up our puppy, her baby blanket was missing, a toy was missing, she had been given no treats we had sent and she had missed a meal. When we asked the staff what had happened, we were told that "they were busy. There were a lot of dogs there and that she got the same satisfactory treatment as the rest."
