On June 29th 2006, i purchased a PNY 1GB SD card 2 pack from CompUSA in Orem, Utah. There was a $10 mail in rebate offer on either the 1GB SD 2 pack, or a 512MB Compact Flash card, for a possible total of $20 in rebate, if you bought one of each. I only bought the 1GB SD 2 pack. On August 1 2007 I purchased two Southwest salads from Wendys on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway Florida. I drove home (approve 6-8 miles) to discover that my chili for the salads were not included in the bag. I have a prepaid Westurn Union Debit Master Card. Valuemax took $59.95, $1.00, and $1.00 with out my permission. Saving Smart took $1.00, and $1.00 without my permission. I went to a website to get a free credit report. I completed the information, and never saw anywhere that indicated I would be automatically charged each month, but that is what happened. I called and requested my name be taken off their list. One month later, mine was taken off the list and my husbands was still being charged. Sent Kodak camera in to them on three separate occasions under factory warranty. Each time, camera was logged in and logged out as "repaired" on the same day of receipt. Each time the problem was not corrected. Each time their repair statement said "adjusted to factory specifications" which is roughly akin to pumping up a tire with a slow leak to 32 pounds and saying it is repaired. Signed up with Citi Diamond Preferred 3 months ago because of the promo (F1K7) that they ran which stated 0% BT for life as long as I make purchase 2 times a month. I've met all the required disclaimers and never late on my payment, but on my 3rd bill, Citi put the balance from balance transfer to a rate of 14.240%. Their Customer Support is an absolute joke. Our cellular tower is down again - for about the 4th time in 3 months. Can't make or receive any cellular calls. I have to drive 15 minutes away to get on another Sprint tower just to contact Customer Support. I was just on hold for 25 MINUTES and then they disconnected me!!! United Airlines O' Hare airport, Chicago Ilinois, Hertz renta car. My 4:55 flight was cancelled on 7-29-07. Then my 8:00 PM. was cancelled. I spent 24 hours at O'Hare before leaving I finally left on 7-30-07 at 8:00 am. They told us it was weather related. There was nothing wrong with the weather. Recently I unfortunately purchased some windows from Champion Windows out of Albany, NY. My wife and I stopped by their showroom (very impressive) and spoke with a representative who took us through a series of testing booths & demonstrations. Cynergy Builders in Philadelphia. The main person from this company is a true manipulator. He will tell you whatever you need to know until you pay him and then nothing happens. Whoever buys from this builder here's some advice, buy a tent so you are prepared to camp out on the realtor's lawn until your property gets fixed. Trust me it will be forever.
