I bought the Zenith XBR616 DVD plus VCR player/recorder in November 2006. I promptly had to replace it under warranty a month later. In July 2007, the unit only played about half of the DVDs inserted into it. I called Zenith's customer relations and they told me that the parts would be under warranty, but that the labor expired after 90 days. I could mail it in for free, but it would cost me $69 in labor just to start looking at the unit. I decided against that since it only cost about $100 new. During my stay at Park District I have come to realize that things are not always like they seem. From the first week that I moved to Park District my car was broken into and other petty belongings were taken from my vehicle. The doors to access to the building are always broken. Charter Communication is the only ISP I can use in my neighborhood and they act like it. I signed up with them in Jan '07 because they were running a "special". $100 rebate on modem to sign up for new service. It was a joke from the get go. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing there! It was a 3rd party company that was offering the rebate, not Charter. And there was no liason, no communication between the 2 EVER. I received a Collections Notice from Afni Collections for $69.45 for a Disconnected telephone number that I have Never had. When I tried to call they said they had too many calls and I should go on their WEB Site to have them call me. This morning I got on the Web Site and saw a different number, after holding for 15 minutes I was disconnected. I called Verizon last night and they confirmed that they have no record of me every having that phone number. They are scamming people and I am outraged that they can get away with this practice. I bought the KitchenAid Washer Model # KAWS700LQ0 on Sept 16, 2003. At the time I bought it, it was there best warranty washer and cost me about $800. The washer breaks down August 7th, 2007. Hi I had a hutch -citibank credit card in june 2006.The scheme offered by citibank was that, they will make the monthly payment for ones hutch postpaid connection. This payment has to be made by citibank before the due date of the Hutch bill. Later the owner of the hutch connection will pay the same outstanding to citibank. I watched the infomercial on the TV and was impressed with the product, so I ordered it by phone. At no time did I ever speak to a real live person. On a Sat. morning about 8am, my husband had discovered my cat had been poisoned when he found small drops of a white foamy substance outside of our porch. I have a 2004 Ford F250 with the 6 liter diesel engine. The truck has had a problem prior to 12k miles. It bucks and surges when going up a steep hill, making a noise that sounds like it's coming from the drivers side wheelwell. The truck has been into Bozeman Ford in Bozeman, MT 5 different times for this same problem. In addition, it has been into Broadway Ford in Idaho Falls, Id for the same thing. I can top your worst ever customer service story. I bought a Pentax Optio W20 from Navy Exchange. It looks beautiful! Its features include "Water proof" and "Shockproof." Saturn of Torrance, Saturn North America, and General Motors Bought a new Saturn Outlook. Saturn Torrance promises free loaners. Have had multiple service problems. I purchased this Airtel number sometime in the mid of april 2007 from an Airtel dealer. It seems this number was used by another lady called PS Sangeetha before I purchased. Have you ever heard of losing you deeded week even after you have paid for the yearly maintenance fee as well as the collection fee (another 50%)? Does this sound reasonable? My son from out of town, is driving my Chevy Lumina Euro on 95 N in Georgia. The car breaks down, stalls out, and is disabled, now on the side of the road. This Chevrolet dealership quotes a 25% markup on the Tow truck's bill, $90.00 to look at the car to quote repair charges, and storage fees. A couple of phone calls later, and I am being treated fairly at an independent, family owned repair shop. You really do wind up paying for the pretty building at these dealerships.
