Recently I purchased a vehicle from Loman Ford in Woodbridge NJ. When I test drove the car it was rush hour so I mainly sat in traffic. When I drove the car off the lot I hated it. My complaint is against Hunter Douglas and the product, before it was improved, called Vertiglide. I was building a home in 2002 - 2003 and needed to get window treatments for the 18 windows to discourage vandalism while the interior finish was being completed. Beware: oven front is applied with double stick tape - mine fell off on my 77 year old mother's foot and smashed into 1000 pieces of class, along with the stainless body. I went to this site and agreed to cell them my old cell phone for 78.00 which they said it was worth. I mailed in my cell phone in May 2007 and was told I would get a check in 30 days. They have my phone and almost 90 days later I have yet to get a check. I paid cash and purchased EC325 modem from Tata Indicom 10 days back. Till now there is no connection. The tata indicom dealer person says, connection cannot be given and cash cannot be given. I have filed 3 different claims with VPI Pet Insurance only to have all 3 of them denied because of exclusions in their policy. Read the fine print in their policy, there are A LOT of exclusions. Charter Communication is the only ISP I can use in my neighborhood and they act like it. I signed up with them in Jan '07 because they were running a "special". $100 rebate on modem to sign up for new service. It was a joke from the get go. During my stay at Park District I have come to realize that things are not always like they seem. When I tried to call they said they had too many calls and I should go on their WEB Site to have them call me. I bought the Zenith XBR616 DVD plus VCR player/recorder in November 2006. I promptly had to replace it under warranty a month later. In July 2007, the unit only played about half of the DVDs inserted into it. I called Zenith's customer relations and they told me that the parts would be under warranty, but that the labor expired after 90 days. I could mail it in for free, but it would cost me $69 in labor just to start looking at the unit. I decided against that since it only cost about $100 new.
