My issue as seen below is not only with the failure of the transmission on my 3.5 year old maytag but the lack of service provided by Maytag dependability plus and Metro Factory Service in Dover, NJ. Not only has this process presented difficulties in submitting questions, I have been forced to read a glut of useless information.
