I had my Ford Explorer serviced for an oil change. They have a quick turn time, but they lack in the quality of service. First---they did not check the air pressure in all four tires. Second---they did not vacuum the interior floors. Third---they did not clean the windows. This is all stated in their policy which is supposed to be performed during the oil change. I get a mediclaim policy, through sbi card tied with Royal Sundram for the year 2005-2006 by informing me and I paid the amount to the card also. One of the largest credit card issuers in the US, this privately held subsidiary of a foreign bank seems to have a practice of late billing, slow processing, and unresponsive customer service that results in inappropriate assessment of late fees and interest on payments delivered to them on time but not processed in a timely fashion. My issue as seen below is not only with the failure of the transmission on my 3.5 year old maytag but the lack of service provided by Maytag dependability plus and Metro Factory Service in Dover, NJ. I was told to moneygram $ 1860 dollars to a man named Bernard Vollmer in Jamaica New York and I would receive my loan of $7000. The money up front was to be for the first 5 months payment and the default insurance. Needless to say I never received my loan after sending the money. NCL is the only line I know of that now x-rays all checked baggage looking for alcohol. We had one bottle of special wine in my bag to celebrate an anniversary. They held my bag until I paid a $15 ransome. Our balcony room was tiny and the balcony itself was postage stamp size. Very much not worth all the extra cost. I purchased "Zodiac Flea and Tick for Cats" at a local store in my area and applied it to the back of my cat's neck as the directions stated. Shortly after, my cat of 14 years became ill.
