The company didn't deliver so when I called to inquire they said since it was my first order a dress for 500$ they had to run a credit check on me. I purchased a Bronco lawn tractor, joke, at Lowe's two years ago. I was wise enough to purchase the extended protection plan from Lowes. I have had the tractor,joke, replaced completely, in the shop (4) times for the drive train falling apart and the mower deck has continued to work but the tractor will not move. I just bought 6 DVD movies, and paid $50.00 for all of them at Game Stop. But when I got home to play them, all 6 were completely all scratched up, and kept freezing in my DVD player. I made the mistake of buying 3 Sony cameras over the past several years. Currently all three cameras no longer function regardless of their original purchase price / model. Sony's customer service's response was send them in and pay for repairs. ($177.00 minimum per unit) To date I have sent each of the camera's in at least one and the most expensive camera 3 times. Buyer Beware! Office Depot's Lightscribe DVD external drive sold under the Ativa label has no warranty after 14 days. I didn't notice until mine quit working after 3 months. Ativa manufacturing said they couldn't help call Microsoft (sure). Office Depot said,93that's why we sell an extended warranty. Extended there's NO warranty after 14 days. I have recently downloaded various web-based programs. When trying to submit simple questions, I was redirected to different "help" areas. Not only has this process presented difficulties in submitting questions, I have been forced to read a glut of useless information. Anyone who has a life does not have unlimited time to read every fact about every website. I have also not received answers or acknowledgments to my questions. Over a week and a half ago i ordered an id card from this website and payed £29.00 for this through ukash, they said that my order would be processed within 48 hours, they sent me a confirmation email saying that when the money transfer had been cleared they would process my order. Recently I purchased a vehicle from Loman Ford in Woodbridge NJ. When I test drove the car it was rush hour so I mainly sat in traffic. When I drove the car off the lot I hated it. My complaint is against Hunter Douglas and the product, before it was improved, called Vertiglide. I was building a home in 2002 - 2003 and needed to get window treatments for the 18 windows to discourage vandalism while the interior finish was being completed. I have a Maytag washer and the warranty service sent out A&E. He was not qualified and couldn't even see which fuse in the box needed flipping -- I also had to come to the basement 2 times to reset the red/black button on the outlet as he couldn't figure it out.
