I am complaining about the internet service of Charter Communications. If you have any option for cable internet service other than Charter, I would *strongly* suggest that you get it! 1) Although they do offer 24/7 tech. support, the quality of that support is *very* poor! I was informed that there would only be a withdrawal if I didn't cancel the membership for the benefit package within 5 business days. I was told I would only receive a withdrawal of $1 processing fee for the Mastercard that I was informed was from Bank of America. My cooking gas connection is with Indane from past 8 years. From last one and half year it is with M/S K.K. Gas Agency, Bangalore. My consumer number is 61865. Everytime I book for refill it takes 10-15 days is providing the gas cylinder. On top of it the irony is agency says there has to be gap of 21 days from last delivery. I'm a long time residential customer with Bellsouth/ATT 40 years. There's a charge on my bill for inside repairs $85.00. I did a self check on all equipment inside the home before calling for service. The technician came to my address and check the outside lines on the telegram pole. American Progressive was to cancel my father's policy, which they say they did, and place him back on the Medicare policy that he had. We did not receive anything from them prior to the nasty letter demanding payment and a threat to turn it over to a collection agency. I have one of Hampton Bay's top dollar fans and I live in one of the up scale neighborhoods... My problem...
