Hi. i was using Idea and was happy with that... I received a call from the Hutch care center regarding a postpaid connection offered by Hutch. I agreed to take the connection as it was sounding good that time.they told me that the new number will be activated within 24 Hrs.. its now 7 days past but the bloody number is still not working. I am in big trouble, and i tried hutch care and the DSA numbers many times a day and every new person told me that it will take 2-3 more hours to get it activated. I have just fought with a supervisor named Shelley at this company. I was charged the $4.95 free trial and received it. A month later I received my bank statement showing an unauthorized charge of $149.95 was charged on my account for something I never received. I moved to Mexico and that i would stock up on inkjet cartridges before i left. I bot 20 black ink cartridges and 10 color. Although the package clearly states that the inkjet cartridge is compatible with a Epson T007 and T009, they are in fact not. We paid $1200.00 for this TV at the end of December 2006. The screen went completely black the beginning of June 2007. Called for service, it was a week before anyone could come out to look at it. Once the repairman was here, he said the TV was having major problems and would have to go back to his shop for repair. This unit broke within the first two week I had it. It took the company approximately two months to repair or replace it. They promised me an extended warranty of another year from the date I first purchased the unit because they had "lost" it somewhere in their repair system.
