Has anyone ever tried to reach this company on their 800 number or by any other method? This company is unreachable. Can't get them on e-mail, telephone or regular mail. Bought at Masons furniture store in cloverdale surrey BC a month or so ago... We complained to the store about a mark on the top of the chair the leather seems to have been damaged, the piping which should go over the frame is offset, which we think has caused the damage to the edge of the chair...
