I was traveling on KSRTC bus (KA01 FA 325) on May 21 at 2 PM when the incident occurred. An old lady boarded the train and asked where the bus was going. The conductor did not answer properly and this perplexed the old lady (over 65 yrs) with heavy load on her head. On Saturday, May 19.2007, I took my 2000 Eldorado Cadillac to NTB (National Tire and Battery) on Highway 138 in Union City, GA. I needed a rear brake job. I had procured 1 kenstar refrigerator around 1 year. Within 1 year itself its compressor got changed within 6 month & since then its problem started. By the time 1 year got over it got repaired 4 times. This means if a new item is getting failed 4 times in a year that mean that product has got manufacturing defect. I purchased a townhome in 1995. The thing is that an A. O. Smith 40 gallon gas water heater was installed by the builder. It lasted a good 11 years. In January of 2006 it died. I purchased a Kenmore Power Miser 9 gas water heater. The fact is that the installation guy told me that they are all the same water heater. I had a problem with my LPG cylinder. The washer was loose and the regulator was not fitting on it, when we tried to contact the local gas distributor-Indane TUCS kilpauk area, no one gave a proper reply, and then with great difficulty got two phone numbers of their service people 24452132 & 23453425 but there is no response on those numbers... We even tried the "in case of emergency" number on the gas bill, i.e. 26612288 but we didn't get any response on that number also... Yes I got scammed I replied to an eBay ad to get a Free Kit "How to Sell on eBay". Of course when I never received anything nor even an acknowledgment from them, I never thought anything of it. I have a complaint about Chapel Sales, Inc. They are headquarted in Mt Laurel, New Jersey... They came to my door, two young black women, who seemed well educated and took me for about #200.00. I had enrolled for emigration services in 2005 and in the initial stage backed off for not doing emigration for canada. The company took a signing contract amount of Rs 25,000 after which i told them repeatedly not to continue emigration but they have not heeded to my complaints and say it is non refundable as per contract.
