I signed a contract with this company on May 16th 2006 and gave them a 50% deposit on shutters that were supposed to be installed 4 weeks from the date of entering into contract with the company. My wife found out about a program through FEMA where they inspect your house and if you qualify for this specific program they will pay 50% of your install up to $5,000.00, so I put the shutter company off on their installation, in which they must have loved. I have purchased a Samsung Window A/c On 29th April, and on 10th April, it started making a huge noise, I registered a complaint on Samsung service center on 11th may and till today (14th April 2007) until 7:00 pm no one has come to attend the complaint. Of my last 20 online "rentals", as a member of BlockbusterOnline's video service, 17 of the rentals were claimed to have been "shipped" out and then "received" back by Blockbuster. I purchased a 275L Luxury SF Refrigerator from Arvee Sales Agencies, New Delhi in Jan 2004 which stopped cooling promptly after its warranty period of one year in Jun 05. I paid for its servicing and have been paying Rs 1230 every year during summers since the timer, despite being "Made in USA", has a warranty of three months and lasts exactly a year. Ive been charged wit an amount of Rs 249 every month inspite of not having GPRS activated on my cell. I had requested Airtel to deactivate my GPRS in Feb 07.Due to my complain to kolkata customer service I was refunded Rs 498. I do not have GPRS on my phone.
