This store has the rudest and most annoying customer service I've ever experienced. My complaint is against Maytag and Maytag Dependability Plus (the extended warranty). In a little over one year's time, we have had two Whirlpool sport duet front loaders, model wfw 8300S. The first was replaced by Lowe's in the first week. I called them up to get my computer repaired. The service manager quoted $45.00 to fix the problem. When the technician that actually worked on my machine began fixing the problem, he said it would take about 1.5 hours. He quoted me a price of $95.00. I told him I would not pay any more then the originally quoted $45.00. He said he would check with his boss and call me back. I was referred to A&E Factory Service by the company (Factory Builder Store) where I purchased my refrigerator. They indicated A&E does all services under warranty. I have had the same technician come out twice to fix a drain in my freezer. Both times have been unsuccessful and most recent visit resulted in the freezer not working at all.
