I have purchased a Motorizer Z3 from Quilion Radio Service, Pattom, Trivandrum on 21st April 2007. The Handset is defective as it not closing correctly with the battery & the not properly recharged. When approached the salesman who executed the sale was convinced & was ready to replace the Handset. Another salesman interfered & prevented the replacement. I went into SmartStyle Hair Salon which is located inside of Wal-Mart for a haircut which includes a shampoo for the price stated. The problem which i have faced since day one is that I have to pre-fix Zero before the Cell Number, dialing from BSNL Line from the Local Area. Shutter company took my money, never installed shutters. Calling on the phone was useless. If I went to the office at 5025 N. Hiatus Road, they would send me to the 5181 NW 108 Av. Sunrise location. There, workers would tell me I need to speak to manger (who of course, was never there). Now, the 5025 Hiatus Road location has changed their signs and the NW 108 Av. location has been vacated. I had forgotten my ipod in the rental car on 04/14/07. I have been trying to deal with them, calling everyday since. I was told car had not been rented and it would be no problem getting ipod back.
