I am using the airtel mobile for past three years or more.when ever i want to recharge my phone through a voucher, i have dial a no. 123. And press the option 2 for recharging. I follow the procedure accordingly. And at the end i am asked to enter my voucher pin no, again and again at the final step of recharge procedure. I purchased a list of suppliers names from this company, about 4 months ago ( costing $2.25) . In the first couple of months, i failed to check my statements. My last bill had two payments ($49.96US each) When i checked my other bills, i noticed that they had charged me ($49.96US) twice on each invoice. Payment financial has somehow acquired my work phone number, and they have called me 3 times to inquire about refinancing my mortgage. I had purchased front loading washing machine WD-15265 from Vijay Sales Santacruz (W) vide their bill No. 19964 dated 1st March 2007. The cover of the soap dispenser was found damaged while delivering the piece. I was assured that the cover will be replaced in a couple of days. I therefore accepted the delivery of the machine. My Account was debited twice in the amount of 49.95 by 2 checks numbered 9999 and 10001. I do not know who these people are. They sent me a check in the amount of 49.95 refund, but I am crossing my fingers the check is good. I am still waiting for the second refund to be sent and there is no way to speak to a real person. I tried the free sample deal and did not read anything about being put on an autoshipment program, so needless to say I wasn't expecting to receive any further shipments or charges on my credit card, never the less I received another bottle of the hoodiaxs. So upon receiving the shipment I sent an email to the website asking to be deleted from the autoship program and to not recieve any more products from them. Since then they have proceeded to bill my credit card again. I took it in the shorts once but now I am mad. I guess the old saying is true nothing is ever free. I would like to complain about 3 mobile phone company. In November/early December 2006.I informed 3 mobile phone company that i wanted to cancel my contract with 3, they told me that i couldn't cancel because it was a 18 month contract. I told them that i still wanted to cancel my contract with them. They informed me that i would have to pay till the end of the contract. When I purchased my E-Machines (Gateway) computer from Best Buy in December 06, I was told I would receive a free Vista Upgrade disc. I filled out the rebate form which was on the sales receipt and mailed off the form mid February o7. Why "7 - layer crunchwrap" costs $1.99 in USA and in Canada it costs $ 3.49. The currency difference is not much. I also paid in US Dollars, they still charged me $ 3.44 USD. I am talking about Taco Bell in Heart Land in Mississauga, Ontario. It sucks why food is so expensive in Canada in same company and on top of that 14% tax. I bought the air conditioner in summer 2005, since then it just worked properly for about 1 month. On complaining, nothing worked out. Service men come every time and say that the a.c. is working fine and there is no problem despite repeated complaints that once the compressor drips it takes a lot of time to pick up. And now even after 2-3 hrs the compressor doesn't pick up. I feel either the quality standards of the company are to low or the customer executives are all useless. Local a.c.s work 100% much better than the SAMSUNG A.C. SPLIT. and they are cost effective also. read full review »

I had a 2001 Toyota Echo that had a bad power steering motor that was going bad. My car was still under warranty, so I took it to Alderman's Toyota in Rutland Vermont to have the motor replaced. Recently State Bank Of India has started charging for the ATM facility given to customers. The charge is 50 Rs annually. SBI has not communicated about this charge to any of the customers. I took my car in for an estimate to repair the muffler. I tool the owner it's an old car, that I will be selling soon, therefore no expensive repairs. He later called with an estimate that was over my budget. I said to forget the repairs, I will pick up the car. Two days later, took the car to a different outfit only be told that the muffler is completely missing. Called Thistle immediately and asked about it. I purchased a Vivitar ViviCam 6330s in 10/2006 from Office Depot. It was a wonderful little camera with a sharp screen and produced great prints. That's where the good news ends. I only got 30 pictures on a charge and I was having trouble putting the battery in and taking it out of its casing. It looked like the battery had been sliced at the top, so I thought it was defective. The company is Travelosity and Yahoo Travel. They get my vacation plan to Disney World all screwed up and I cannot cancel or change the plan. Hold times for hours - I was told at one point the hold time was 4 hours. I was on hold for an hour on one phone - switched to another - got someone who was not authorized to help and then put on hold for 1 hour before I hung up both phones. We had bought this vehicle from and on June 2002 Rogers Auto Group on Michigan Ave in Chicago to only learn we at first had no financing and then they called us back into the office to renegotiate the deal, inchich we thought was already in place. I ordered a teaching class from Overcome Everything, Tellman Knudson in Brattleboro VT. The class came with a 365 money back guarantee. I ordered the classes on 12/21/06. There was to be 17 classes. To date there have been four. There was supposed to be a schedule of the classes. None was received. An emergency e mail would show up the day of the class. The class would be a speaker selling you their product. I did not get any value for my money. I requested a refund and I was ignored.
