My complaint with this k-mart is twice i have bought items on clearance racks in this store. When i get home to notice they charge you the regular full price and while bagging your items they take the full price and clearance tags off your items so you can not get the difference when you go to take your problem to them so you pay the full price. What a way to cheat your customers no wonder everybody shops walmart, target, etc. At least when they run a sale it is a real sale. I submitted a rebate request for my modem on February 13, 2007. When I checked on it at the end of March the AT&T agent said the check for $50.00 would be mailed on April 27, 2007. When I called yesterday I was treated with abuse by the rebate center and I asked to speak to a supervisor she said that she could not refer me to a supervisor because she would be fired. She had an attitude and was rude. My mother was retired from AT&T when service was important and treating the customers with respect was paramount. This is an ebay store. I purchased an item through auction, a vintage clock, that did not work. I dealt with Ron Kiker, Phenix city, AL Mr. Kiker was very reasonable in suggesting that I return the clock for a full refund. The clock was returned, and Mr. Kiker said he would issue a refund. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from this store at the Brass City Mall. The frames I ordered were fine, it took them 4 tries to get my lenses correct, so I had to keep returning to the store. What upset me was each time I arrived the store reps couldn’t care less that I didn’t have my glasses. During my 4th visit I was chatting with a woman at the counter who was waiting and discovered she was going through the same problem. I am using reliance land phone for more than five years. Due to the thunder and lightening on25th of april, our phone broke out. I complained to the kollam sector. Patricia had purchased a willy dog and unsuccessfully received a cart with mechanical faults which willy dog never repaid her or fixed the cart. Since then we have purchased the cart and made $1200.oo worth of repairs and upgrades to the cart. Today the cart is worth its original price and more. They sold an inferior cart and never compensated the purchaser or anything. I was just told that interest charges against accidental are fraudulent charges are only reversed up until the day you report and dispute charges. Otherwise interest charges are applied for all days a fraudulent charge sits on your account until you discover it. Which my banking statement only comes monthly. I was given a Kitchen Aid slow cooker for Christmas. Sometime after the third time I used it, I noticed debris inside the cooker when I removed the liner. Examination revealed tiny cracks in the ceramic liner. The next few times I used the cooker, the number and size of the cracks increased.
