I have purchased one Samsung SGH X-700 mobile phone in chennai. The mobile phone is still under warranty. The mobile was taken to the Company authorized service centre, at Ayanavaram, Chennai. This is an ebay store. I purchased an item through auction, a vintage clock, that did not work. I dealt with Ron Kiker, Phenix city, AL Mr. Kiker was very reasonable in suggesting that I return the clock for a full refund. The clock was returned, and Mr. Kiker said he would issue a refund. We bought a 2001 Honda passport in 02/07. By 04/07. 2 months later, the crankshaft broke and needs a new engine. I submitted a rebate request for my modem on February 13, 2007. When I checked on it at the end of March the AT&T agent said the check for $50.00 would be mailed on April 27, 2007. When I called yesterday I was treated with abuse by the rebate center and I asked to speak to a supervisor she said that she could not refer me to a supervisor because she would be fired. She had an attitude and was rude. My mother was retired from AT&T when service was important and treating the customers with respect was paramount. T-Mobile's service is horrendous and customers are not even worth $20. T-Mobile's automated system gives out incorrect information about your phone being restored in two hours. However, my service was off for more than 5 hours and a supervisor acted as if because I had a past due amount, I shouldn't be saying anything. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from this store at the Brass City Mall. The frames I ordered were fine, it took them 4 tries to get my lenses correct, so I had to keep returning to the store. What upset me was each time I arrived the store reps couldn’t care less that I didn’t have my glasses. During my 4th visit I was chatting with a woman at the counter who was waiting and discovered she was going through the same problem. After purchasing heal a seal product and using as directed in their booklet, the product would not fix the issue, a leaking cylinder head gasket. I emailed them for help as advertised and they will not respond to my emails. The product has not worked and looks like they are trying to get out of refunding money if it does not fix the issue. I went to buy Kentucky and to my disappointment they had a mash and gravy shortage, so I had to order something else. I then ordered 2 streetwise burgers; it was so distasteful and dry. The burgers were made with ordinary buns that you buy in shoprite, because they had a shortage of the normal small buns as well. The buns are so big that you don’t even taste the piece of chicken-patty and mayo in between. I thru the burgers in the dustbin. My complaint with this k-mart is twice i have bought items on clearance racks in this store. When i get home to notice they charge you the regular full price and while bagging your items they take the full price and clearance tags off your items so you can not get the difference when you go to take your problem to them so you pay the full price. I purchased my Hummer H3 exactly 1 year ago. 6,000 miles into ownership and while on a long trip - I encountered the head/cylinder replacement issue which has become very prevalent in a certain vin number range in the 2006 H3's.
