I was applying for a pay day loan at 121 cash advance web site and after submitting my bank information the ever private debit card used this information to illegally take $49.99 from my checking account.i think it is awful that a company like this is allowed to steal from unsuspecting people who have little money as it is all i get is ss. I will have to let my insurance bill be late because they robbed me of my $50.00.i did not ask for a card nor did i apply for one.this is fraud and a violation of the usa patriot act. I have notified the better business bureau. The phone number on the check is a ruse as they wont answer or it is busy. read full review »

There is a website at www.healthyfridge.org that purports to be educating about healthy eating and preventing heart disease. However, it is actually one big margarine ad in disguise. Margarine is laden with trans-fats and one of the least healthy foods for one's hearts.

I purchased a sony big screen tv after 2 years had all three crt's go out sony said warranty was up and 1 month after having service people look at tv and tell me what was going on sony put out a recall on that very tv in regards to very issue I was having after numerous calls and fighting they shut the door on me not covering the very recall that was wrong with the tv. I even stated I would pay for labor if they paid for parts meeting them half way the refused so after today my 8000.00 worth of sony products will be replaced with another brand name. I am having a big problem with my past apartment complex. When I moved in the Manager threatened to have my 83 year-old father's car towed away since she did not see his year sticker on the license plate. He had placed them in his car and had forgotten to put them on.

There was an account opened up under my name that I have no reference to. I HAD MY IDENTITY STOLEN. All Paypal and GEMB said was "sorry it is your account." On 4/21/07 two charges of $49.95 each & two insufficient charges in the amount of $35.00 each were debited from my checking account. The total of the charges are $169.90. In January of 07, I called Macy's to tell them of a tear in my new leather sofa (purchased in Feb 06) and to ask about how to contact Stainsafe. Stainsafe came out and stiched my sofa, but a week later it tore again. They came back out and said they'd have to replace the entire leather seat and back and replace with another piece of leather. I asked, since it was such a large repair and it was my only sofa, and it was only one year old, could Macy's replace it. The agent said he'd write it up. I am baffled to know how many people want to copy a good menu. The sorry part is, they screw up big time. Kumar Sanu is lost in the crowd after imitating Kishore kumar for years. Some of the new and upcoming Indian Restaurants in Washigton DC area want to copy Minerva and Woodlands menu and they failed miserably.

We purchase the tv from ONIDA company on 25/11/05. Model no. -- CO29OXTUA.
Our main problem is we couldn't get the clear picture from first day of purchasing the tv. We had given complaints 10 times to there ONIDA service station at chinchwad , but our problem is not solved till today.
In last complaints service engineer replaced the tv with old one which is not in working condition. We have loss the money as well as we got lot of stress from onida company representative. Do not buy this TV! read full review »

Make sure you read the very fine print at the bottom when trying to get a free credit report. Without me knowing, my credit card was charged $9.95 a month by MNI*CREDITRPT SERVICES 4 times because I didn't cancel my membership within 30 days. A few months ago I purchased several pair of Levis 505 from Sears in Texas City for my husband. He has only worn them for a few months and after washings we started noticing holes and slices in material... like they were sliced with a razor blade and little holes as if they were shot with buckshot. We didnt think too much when this happened to the first pair (thinking maybe some chemical got on them or something) , but now two other pairs have had this happen to them. Over the past twenty years I've leased many, many cars. At the end of each lease I've turned in the car and have never -- not once -- been charged for any out of he ordinary wear. All of the cars I've turned in had some minor scratches, the occasional door ding, and so forth. No charges. Ever.

I leased a 2004 BMW X-5 from the Passport BMW dealership in Marlow Heights Maryland in August of 2004. Since lease inception, my vehicle has been in the shop 15 times (nearly every other month) and it currently needs service again.

We have experienced ongoing intermittent cable connection with Charter Cable. The connection would be fine for a few hours and then go out for just a few minutes to several hours.
Our first experience with this issue was in January. Charter gave us the standard reply to recycle our modem to "fix" the problem which did not fix the problem. The second suggestion was that the issue was not with Charter but with our router. Staples and H.P. ripped me off... on the purchase for a computer bundle in 2004. The offer was for a "rebate" of $ 100 dollars. They couldn't locate anything pertaining to my purchase... but sent me spam about my new computer. I blocked their site from my computer and will never set foot in Staples' store again, as far as H.P... the computer has been very reliable but doubt if I will ever purchase another H.P. product.
I won't buy anything with a rebate.

My husband ordered 100 roses from RoseSource.com The roses did not come on the day specified. They arrived in bad condition. Of the 100 roses 15 arrived ruined, 25 were in good shape (if I removed the outer, brown petals) and the rest were somewhere in between. Hi this is regarding the bad service rendered to all the customers on refunds and customer service for the tickets purchased for air deccan flights. There is no response from these executives once you ask for any service after the payment is made. They keep telling us various excuses for blaming their inter departments for not providing the service. Imagine gold card sent my husband an unsecured credit card pre-approved... he gave them his check #'s, they refused his "line of credit" because they tried to extract over 150+ dollars from his checking account and he didn't have it. He thought it was over, then I got on line. They know their are people like him who don't read anything! On 5th Feb I gave them a notice to discontinue my long distant telephone services by email. They do not carry FAX and they are never handy on phone or they take maximum time to reach by phone!! I also informed VISA card company about stop payments. On my surprise they send me email about money withdrawals in the month of FEB 20 and March 20 I repeated my request and again in Month of April I received he same massage of money withdrawals.

First of all, service is horrible. Office is a dirty hole in the wall. I had to switch cars 3 times because each car had a different problem(s).
