We hired Fantastic Cleaning Professionals Inc. to clean our recently remodeled home April 4. they applied a cleaning chemical that permanently dulled and streaked our oak hardwood flooring. A flooring contractor came out to evaluate the damage and determined it was damaged by a cleaning product and needed to be be refinished. We were scheduled to move into the home that day and placed all our household goods in the garage while the flooring was being repaired. The company refuses to pay for the damaged flooring and added moving costs of $1,530.00.

I purchased a 19 inch LCD monitor from Circuit City in January of 2007. It never did work right. Circuit City said to call LG for service. I called LG and explained the problem. A customer service rep wanted to know if I had replaced the main cable to the monitor. Sometimes they go bad. I replaced the cable. It didn't work. I called back and was told maybe the video card was bad. I replace the video card. Still didn't work. Returned video card. Got a detailed quote for a new Regal boat then ordered the boat from Pier 57. What a mistake to buy from these crooks!! When we drove to pickup the boat, none of the options we had ordered were on the trailer. I guess they were hoping we wouldn't notice. Took the boat for a test drive and it overheated before getting up to speed. They hadn't put it together right. We can forget about proper break-in!! This product is advertised by Scotts as being safe for St Augustine grass. Approximately seven days after applying this product to my lawn, which is St Augustine grass, the grass began to die. Within two weeks, any part of my lawn which had been treated with this product was completely dead including the root system itself. The product was applied within the guidelines as far as application rate and air temperature, as specified on the applicator. A check of the web indicates Scotts has been aware of this problem at least a far back as 2003 but continues to market this product as safe for St. Augustine grass. read full review »

We were astounded at the cost of tickets for our family amounting to $400 but decided to pay it anyhow since we wanted to do at least 1 theme park while in FL recently. The park was a complete ripoff. Long lines (each ride had a minimum of 25 minutes but more common were the 1 hour to 90 minute waits). No mention of the fast pass was made online that we could see, but this was the only way to actually enjoy the park. I have bought LG 1 Ton Window AC LWA12F1DT1 chasis no. 1664 from M/s Vijay Sales, Ghodbunder Road branch on 12th April 2007 against down payment with a commitment that the same will be installed by Saturday 14th April 2007as the Window for the required size was ready.
M/s Vijay Sales did not depute the person for installation till the time we chased with them to send the technician. The technician did come and fixed the AC but left without checking whether the equipment is working properly.

I frequent this Burger King location on Union Ave in Haskell, NJ very often. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre at best, but its convenient so I reluctantly continue to go there. My complaint is that 7 out of 10 times I visit this location for breakfast they NEVER have biscuits. This has been an ongoing problem for months that no seems to be addressing. The manager simply offers a substitution and the excuse is always that they are in the process of cooking. If they can't supply the items on the menu, then maybe Burger King should take them off instead of baiting and switching.

My 15 year old daughter has CRAZY curly hair. She hates it. We decided to get it permanently straightened with something called the Chi hair straightening. It is a type of Japanese hair straightening that is supposed to be SUPER effective. We paid about 6OO $ for it. We walked out of the salon with it curly and frizzy. She was crying and very upset. I bought furniture spending $$$$ for a sectional sofa, recliner and arm less chair. They only delivered recliner and arm less chair and one piece of the sectional. When I called the store they said they are going to order the additional pieces. Nothing happened in two days. A few weeks ago I received a card offering a free pair of pantyhose. I read it carefully and made sure it was not a scam before I sent it. Of course it was a scam!! (should have googled it first) Yes when I received the free pair, there is a letter with very small font saying that 4 or 5 weeks later, I will receive another shipment of hose. On Friday 30th March 2007 I attempted to check in at Alicante airport on my way to Geneva. I was 2 kilos over weight and asked to take out any heavy object from my suitcase. Please get the following out there to people who have been affected by fraud. I think that it is unfortunate that there are so many people who have had to deal with this type of injustice. But there are ways to fight it by going to an advocacy group that reports on your behalf.
Be a constructive complainer and do something that will help everyone fight fraud!!!

I received a call from G.C. Services stating that they are contracted by the Department of Education to collect on the interest of a Bankruptcy from over 20 years ago.
Even though when I spoke to a very helpful young lady, my questions are still having a puzzling answer.

I think someone needs to take along look at the kfc (kentucky fried chicken) - pryor, ok located at 2 s. Mill street. I and my wife used to eat there, but whole place isn't fit to eat at any more. Not only is the personnel slovenly, but the cafe inside is badly cleaned, the buffet line is filthy. Food slopped into other food serving bins and looks like little children has played in them. My HP's dv6000 Laptop had to be serviced continuously for 3 months and is still broken. First service call was placed in late 01/2007. The problem was found on defective wireless card. It was first replaced with a new one, but by replacing just the card did not fix the problem. The laptop was sent in for repair. Since filing the original complaint have been contacted by First Aid Web. I supplied them with a copy of the receipt that I paid thru paypal. However instead of providing the CPR card they have been arguing about their customer service. If they had good customer service the card would have already been provided. Repeat my order three time and this was because her cellphones was ringing and ringing. So after that i need some extra sauce and i was waiting for the service. I recently purchased 300 count vitamin C chewable tablets from sams club, upon inspecting the ingredients I was shocked to find these health supplements contain the sweetener ASPARTAME, yes I realize ASPARTAME is much cheaper than other sweeteners, It is also a proven poison. It has caused cancer in laboratory animals. Its very scary when you buy something for your families health and it has this crap in it. I will spread the word.
