I tried the free sample deal and did not read anything about being put on an autoshipment program, so needless to say I wasn't expecting to receive any further shipments or charges on my credit card, never the less I received another bottle of the hoodiaxs. So upon receiving the shipment I sent an email to the website asking to be deleted from the autoship program and to not recieve any more products from them. Since then they have proceeded to bill my credit card again. I took it in the shorts once but now I am mad. I guess the old saying is true nothing is ever free. So how exactly am I supposed to get these people to stop billing me? read full review »

Myself with family had gone to Konkan Express Hotel for a Dinner on Sunday, 29th April 2007.
After completing the dinner, I gave one of the Sodexho Exclusive GIft Vouchers which the company had given to me as a token of good performance. When I purchased my E-Machines (Gateway) computer from Best Buy in December 06, I was told I would receive a free Vista Upgrade disc. I filled out the rebate form which was on the sales receipt and mailed off the form mid February o7. On April 22, o7, I received a correspondence from the Microsoft Vista Upgrade Redemption Center, aka Moduslink dated for 3/13/07 informing me that I would have to file online for the rebate and return to them an order number to verify the order.

Why "7 - layer crunchwrap" costs $1.99 in USA and in Canada it costs $ 3.49. The currency difference is not much. I also paid in US Dollars, they still charged me $ 3.44 USD. I am talking about Taco Bell in Heart Land in Mississauga, Ontario. It sucks why food is so expensive in Canada in same company and on top of that 14% tax. Can someone explain me for the difference in price. This is just one example.

Recently State Bank Of India has started charging for the ATM facility given to customers. The charge is 50 Rs annually. SBI has not communicated about this charge to any of the customers. I attended the , State Beauty Academy, located at 663 Oriole Blvd, Duncanville TX 75116. I arrived at this beauty college and requested a senior student through the front receptionist. I was assisted by a student, that worked on my hair for over an hour, before the student told me that she did not know why she was called to do hair and she was just a beginner and she could not do what was requested. I had a 2001 Toyota Echo that had a bad power steering motor that was going bad. My car was still under warranty, so I took it to Alderman's Toyota in Rutland Vermont to have the motor replaced.
Well, the customer service person was trying to make things difficult for me b/c I did not purchase my car from Alderman's but the warranty was good to do business with "any" Toyota dealership - so after an hour they finally started work on my Echo.

Samsung / Air Conditioner Splits

I bought the air conditioner in summer 2005, since then it just worked properly for about 1 month. On complaining, nothing worked out. Service men come every time and say that the a.c. is working fine and there is no problem despite repeated complaints that once the compressor drips it takes a lot of time to pick up. And now even after 2-3 hrs the compressor doesn't pick up.
I feel either the quality standards of the company are to low or the customer executives are all useless.
Local a.c.s work 100% much better than the SAMSUNG A.C. SPLIT. and they are cost effective also. read full review »

I received a letter and a check today that said I won 81000.00 and a check for 2850.00. They said the check was to be used for the clearance fee. This is a scam in the name of the companies listed above, they have no idea (they do now) the check was in the name of Avid Airline Products. We called them and they are already working on it in there fraud department. If we would of cashed or deposit the check it would of bounced our bank account, because the check is no good. DO NOT CASH OR DEPOSIT THESE CHECKS, THEY ARE NOT FROM THE COMPANY, THEY ARE STOLEN.

I took my car in for an estimate to repair the muffler. I tool the owner it's an old car, that I will be selling soon, therefore no expensive repairs. He later called with an estimate that was over my budget. I said to forget the repairs, I will pick up the car. Two days later, took the car to a different outfit only be told that the muffler is completely missing. Called Thistle immediately and asked about it. They explanation was that it must have fallen off. I am totally upset with them, they did not put back on my muffler because I wasn't getting the job done with them. read full review »

For someone who makes just over minimum wage and never agreed to purchase anyhing, ths came as quite a shock. Broadband national is a big rebate scam company. I have been trying to get back my rebate for the cable and internet service with comcast. Broadband national has been giving one or the other reason for the delay in processing my rebate form and finally after 8 months they say that I submitted the wrong rebate form. I don't understand how this can happen? All the conditions on the rebate forms were met and don't know why it took them more than 6 months to update with a rejection status. read full review »

I purchased a Vivitar ViviCam 6330s in 10/2006 from Office Depot. It was a wonderful little camera with a sharp screen and produced great prints. That's where the good news ends. I only got 30 pictures on a charge and I was having trouble putting the battery in and taking it out of its casing. It looked like the battery had been sliced at the top, so I thought it was defective. My husband and I have dealt with Lenscrafters for several years and been very satisfied until now. Neither of us can clean the lenses, they are always smeary. The lens towelettes do nothing. Is there anything that can be done Sears would not service us to fix the handle. I ordered the classes on 12/21/06. There was to be 17 classes. To date there have been four. There was supposed to be a schedule of the classes. None was received. An emergency e mail would show up the day of the class. The class would be a speaker selling you their product. I did not get any value for my money. I requested a refund and I was ignored. I was finally told I would not get a refund because the classes started. This is out right fraud.

We had bought this vehicle from and on June 2002 Rogers Auto Group on Michigan Ave in Chicago to only learn we at first had no financing and then they called us back into the office to renegotiate the deal, inchich we thought was already in place. The then quoted us a different price and kept us in their establishment and office for more than two hrs. No one would touch the case which the Lemon Law in Illinois was unheard of, therefore the engine check light remained on from June 2002 thru February 2007.

The company is Travelosity and Yahoo Travel. They get my vacation plan to Disney World all screwed up and I cannot cancel or change the plan. Hold times for hours - I was told at one point the hold time was 4 hours. I was on hold for an hour on one phone - switched to another - got someone who was not authorized to help and then put on hold for 1 hour before I hung up both phones. My fiance and I stayed at the Long Island Marriott and I'm sorry to say we were very disappointed with the accommodations. During the first night the room was very warm and although the thermostat was set to 65 degrees, the room failed to cool down. I purchased a 42" Philips Plasma HDTV approximately 18 months ago. I am pleased with the set except for the following. I have burn in on my screen. It was not caused by a still image on the screen but by long exposure from the sun through a vaulted ceiling half round window. The "spots and lines" are in line with shadows that were cast in certain areas of the screen.
