I used this company off Lending Tree. They told me they were a direct lender, and I didn't find out they were not until a week before I closed. I chose a higher interest rate for lower closing costs and when I got to the closing table... I got both. I have been taking my laundry and dry cleaning to these girls for a year. Once, the younger girl insisted I gave her a $10 when I had given her a $20. Yesterday, I handed her a $10, but I owed her more. I left the $10 on the counter, handed her a $20 and rifled for change. As I was looking for change she swiped up the $10 as well as the $20. I bought this as a download but could not install it. Norton help desk (including their 360 expert) spent a total of about 5 hours on 3 occasions trying to fix it. This was done with them controlling my computer. The last person completely wrecked my computer by deleting most of the registry and not being able to carry out a system restore (he also deleted all restore points) or a registry reload (the backup was corrupted). This is the second time happened to me since I am in Chennai. I asked the dealer to recharge the STD account with amount of 225 but he recharged 225 in the ISD account. The ISD is not used by most of the people like me and it becomes useless. I don't think this will be done by mistake for the second time and it seems to be some conspiracy by Reliance Infocomm. I received this first national card in the mail. The instructions were to call the company to cancel if i didn't want their card. I tried calling, and calling but always got a busy signal. When i did finally reach a voice system it did not give me the option to refuse the card. I have not yet activated the card because i don't want it. I am continuing to call various numbers even as i am sending this complaint , trying to reach someone. Still no valid numbers. I am forced to close my checking account. I was told by my salesman too that the contract was month by month and that if I was unhappy with my ad that I could call in and cancel it. I contacted many levels above this rep. and was stone-walled at every turn. These people are crooks. The fact is that Verizon doesn't even own Super Pages, Idearec does. I don't know what to do. They fall back on their click through statistics. Their argument goes something like this; "your ad is working because we see that you have x-amount of clicks or hits on your ad." I was a customer of TataIndicom for approximately 8 months however their product - 256kbps (1GB Cap) went from bad to worse within the last 4 months. First there were frequent disconnections (not due to billing), the reason provided later was that the lines were being cut by dissatisfied/disgruntled Distributors.
