I currently have a Troybuilt selfpropeled walk behind mower that is less than 2 years old. The owner is charging me for attempted filing fees. I needed papers delivered and filed at the court house. I was very clear in speaking with him when they were to be delivered and I provided written instructions too. He assured me he knew what he was doing. He attempted to deliver them three days before I requested them to be actually delivered and then charged me for it! He now refuses to refund me my money. When I purchased my Gateway computer from Best Buy in November 2, 2006, I was told I would receive a free Vista Upgrade disc. AFNI collection agency tried to collect a Singular cell phone account # 367-61-007-599-060-02, according to the rep who apparently found my phone number on the web. My complaint with this k-mart is twice i have bought items on clearance racks in this store. When i get home to notice they charge you the regular full price and while bagging your items they take the full price and clearance tags off your items so you can not get the difference when you go to take your problem to them so you pay the full price. I purchased my Hummer H3 exactly 1 year ago. 6,000 miles into ownership and while on a long trip - I encountered the head/cylinder replacement issue which has become very prevalent in a certain vin number range in the 2006 H3's.
