After purchasing heal a seal product and using as directed in their booklet, the product would not fix the issue, a leaking cylinder head gasket. I emailed them for help as advertised and they will not respond to my emails. The product has not worked and looks like they are trying to get out of refunding money if it does not fix the issue. My complaint with this k-mart is twice i have bought items on clearance racks in this store. When i get home to notice they charge you the regular full price and while bagging your items they take the full price and clearance tags off your items so you can not get the difference when you go to take your problem to them so you pay the full price. I bought a five dollar phone card. The terms and conditions said no connection fee, additional charges for calls placed from a pay phone. I successfully placed one local, five minute call from a pay phone using the PIN number on the back of the card. Three days later I attempted to use the card to make a call from a land line. I gave my nokia 7260 at nokia care center in jayanagar 4th block first floor, due to some minor key pad problems with the keys 2,5,8,0 and i could call, receive and send messages perfectly. Patricia had purchased a willy dog and unsuccessfully received a cart with mechanical faults which willy dog never repaid her or fixed the cart. Since then we have purchased the cart and made $1200.oo worth of repairs and upgrades to the cart. Today the cart is worth its original price and more. They sold an inferior cart and never compensated the purchaser or anything. I was just told that interest charges against accidental are fraudulent charges are only reversed up until the day you report and dispute charges. Otherwise interest charges are applied for all days a fraudulent charge sits on your account until you discover it. Which my banking statement only comes monthly. I was given a Kitchen Aid slow cooker for Christmas. Sometime after the third time I used it, I noticed debris inside the cooker when I removed the liner. Examination revealed tiny cracks in the ceramic liner. The next few times I used the cooker, the number and size of the cracks increased. Company gave an estimate of over $400.00 just to open a hole in the ceiling necessary to repair/replace waste pipe (additional $1000). We then hired another master plumber who, with a helper, cut a 10" square hole in the ceiling, did exactly the same work in 45 minutes and charged us $350.00.
