When the products were delivered to me they were faulty. After repeatedly mailing and calling the company replaced the product. The replaced product was also found faulty. It is still under warranty. My daughter is insured with Florida Healthy Kids / Vista and they are refusing to cover a surgical center and general anesthesia for a procedure she needs to have done and are giving me the run-around and sending me letters with Florida Statues as to why they are refusing. This store has the rudest and most annoying customer service I've ever experienced. There is no communication between the employees, so therefore i get harassed day & night, and have to repeatedly explain my payment plan to people who are to lazy to look up your account. In my pc the headphone's mike is not working . There is some problem in it's hardware. But this mike is working on other computers. We spent a lot of money to get this satellite service, and continue to pay a lot of money each month to keep it. Unfortunately the email does not work. What is more frustrating is trying to get some help. The customer service is absolutely insane. In a little over one year's time, we have had two Whirlpool sport duet front loaders, model wfw 8300S. The first was replaced by Lowe's in the first week. The second has had: 1) broken knobs 2) ball bearing replaced 3) two control panels replaced, 4) and now a pressure switch. We have been without a machine for over 13 days. I purchased 2 Philips DVDR 985 DVD recorders at a price of $700.00 dollars each. Both died after one year and Philips says, to bad... out of warranty. Both units do exactly the same thing. I was referred to A&E Factory Service by the company (Factory Builder Store) where I purchased my refrigerator. They indicated A&E does all services under warranty. I have had the same technician come out twice to fix a drain in my freezer. Both times have been unsuccessful and most recent visit resulted in the freezer not working at all.
