I received my brand new refrigerator on April 23,2007. It was not working properly. It beeped every minute, 11 times, 24 hours a day. It took three guys over 10 hours to move a small condo. They stood around, and disappeared often. My son's passport has been put under hold with a premise that 'Police verification is incomplete'. Under no law a six month old baby's police verification should be done and the same has been confirmed by passport officials but still the passport is not being issued.
