Sold me a car with broken odometer, which means false mileage reading. Car had previous accidents, according to other dealers, described by the rough paint areas around the hood and door edges. I ordered two flag holders on 5/4/07 and to date, 5/24/07 have not received either item. My credit card was charged on 5/5/07. Calls to this company are unanswered or there is a busy signal. Emails to this company are ignored. Messages left are also ignored. I now see other complaints regarding this company, and do wish I had seen them before I ordered. I purchased a Maytag Neptune washing machine 2/2005. I was unaware of the class action suit that was going on in. I am and have been experiencing problems since the original purchase - service man is coming today (this will be the third visit in 2 years 3 months). The motor was replaced august 2006. I purchase my reliance prepaid mobile connection which number is 09313409070 from Noida on 20/03/2007 and after a week it has been disconnected saying that the ID proofs which I submitted where not clear in Xerox copies. I personally went three times and had submitted the ID proofs Xerox copies but my phone has not been started till now. It is more than two months now and mobile is like a child toy to me. I brought a Samsung D840 from Wavetel Chennai (Tambaram Branch) in the month of March 07. The handset started giving me problem in a months time only. Since the Handset was in warranty period i was promised a replacement in case it cannot be repaired. 2 weeks already and i have no clue of my handset. This is the complaint regarding the no delivery of HP gas cylinder. Order was booked in the name of Mr.S.N.Dwivedi, aged 85 yrs order no. 240 dated 7th may 2007. Inspite of repeated calls (50-60)to Manas distributor, kidwai nagar kanpur. code no 961940, there was no response and till date the gas has not been delivered. it has caused lot of trauma and agony to mr. There is always shortage for hp cooking gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book gas cylinders for days till we get the line and after you book, the delivery will take at least 20-30 days to reach my residence. The worst thing is that the line is always held up i.e. agency personnels hold their phone down and when any customer comes to book the gas, the phone is kept at its right place. Ordered 2 tomato trees plants and they arrived with no soil attached to the roots, no moisture, the leaves were brown and the stems of the plants are about the size of the lead in a pencil. These plants are not going to live and i noticed on the web site that others had complained to the company. I've got a 04 Pont Grand Am and I'm on the 3rd time fixing a brake problem. I bought the car with 18,000 miles on it, it now has 46,000 and it's been parked for 4 months. The brakEs are so bad, Sears replaced everything last year and within 3000 miles it all had to be redone!
