Airtel Customer Service is really bad. I called up customer service for Airtel Prepaid for 4 times from US as my parents were stuck in London and balance on the card was zero. I have had a loan with this company for 2 years and it has been total hell. They have poor customer service, they fail to keep their records accurate, they are harassers, they tack on unaccounted for fees. My house hold items and Car - Maruti 800 transferred by Times packers & movers from Bangalore to Pune on 06/11/06 were received at Pune with lot of damages. About 3 months ago I bought a pair of Reebok trainers type RB601, according to the internal label, from a store in the US (McAllen, TX). I expected these to last longer than the junk no-brand type you can find everywhere. Unfortunately they lasted hardly any time at all. The top material, whatever that area is called, appears to be some cheap junk like thin canvas covered in white plastic paint.
