ViewSonic - LCD monitor

I bought ViewSonic LCD monitor at Fry's on 10/14/2006 and mailed the rebate form with all other required document to ViewSonic Rebate in White Bear Lake, MN on 10/16/2006. Checked their web site for rebate status and it always says rebate not found. Called them a few times and they always said it was not the system. It's been 8 weeks and it is still in the system as they claimed it should be. I called them on 12/4/2006 and they said it might be lost in the mail and asked me to mail the form to them again and wait another 8 weeks for processing!
Never trust the ViewSonic Rebate. I am filing complains on BBB. read full review »

What a piece of absolute CRAP this phone is. Shame on me for replacing it twice with more of the same. 3 of these have cracked at the upper left hinge under normal use. T-Mobile and Motorola both call this "physical damage" and won't replace any of them.
Calls to Motorola's Consumer Advocacy Office were a complete waste of time. Don't bother.
Don't waste your money on any Motorola product - if you have trouble with it you may be in for the same experience I've had.

our landline connection in t.nagar subway outlet is often getting disconnected,and even we register a complaint through customer care, there is no service at all,and i don't know what the hell u people are doing,u people need the payments regularly and u wont serve us properly, last month the line got disconnected and we got reconnection after 10 to 15 days, and again now for the past 4 days(2-12-06 to 5-12-06) the line got disconnected and nobody is taking care, and this is an international chain of restaurant in chennai, and our communication to other outlets and customers are through this line. read full review »

August 7, 2006 at Home Depot in Durango Colorado I ordered carpet for two rooms. I was asked to pay $100.00 and that I would be contacted later about the carpet installation. A man came to measure the rooms but I never heard from Home Depot thereafter about the delivery or installation. I called Home Depot and was told I had been "overlooked" and that I would be contacted later by an Expeditor, which never happened either. I time complaint about the Airtel's Network Coverage in the Kharadi MIDC, IT Park, but yet no action has been taken.
There are many IT companies in this area such as Zensar, Synechron but the network quality is worst in this area. Only 1 or 2 bars are shown in the mobile and sometimes there are no bars shown. I am not able to receive any call as well as i can't make any out going calls due to the poor network quality.

I have been facing lot of problem in my mobile. It does not get charge and if it does it works only for 6 hrs or so.As per details it should work for 250hrs.
I have launched the complaint with Indiatimes and I have been asked to send the same back to Mumbai.Can some body tell me what is the surety whatever I would receive would work.
Customer support does not have any satisfactory answer.
I have spent Rs.20,000.00 and did not expected this from Indiatimes.

I am writing this letter to let you know about a disappointing occurrence my husband and I had at the St Regis in Laguna Beach. We chose this hotel since we are recent residence owners at the St Regis in New York.
We booked a 5 night stay from July 21-26 and mostly, enjoyed our time. However, on the day of departure we requested a late checkout of 2:30 PM since we were booked out on a late flight home. One of my main reasons for choosing this particular contractor was the fact that Prestige is a Window Wise certified contractor, and a member of S.A.W.D.A.C. and the BBB.

The back plastic cover of the LCD around the hinges started cracking a couple of months after I purchased the machine. It is getting worse by the day. I called HP customer service but I was told that I had to pay over $600 to replace the LCD, even though this is clearly a design flow. The customer service representative was among the worst I had encountered. It was easier to talk to a machine. I have extended my warranty a year ago for 2yrs from that date. Now my system is troubling me and i have placed the complaint so many times. They always say that your account hasn't been updated. You have to re-fax the document. I have faxed them so many times that document since I have confirmation slip of those faxes. I have purchased a 2003 Avalanche and at 65000 miles while driving down the road third gear went out. At first I thought that it might be an electrical failure of the transmission solenoid.
When I took it to the gm dealer I had to have my transmission replaced. After talking to several Gm owners I found three that had the same problem. From what I understand the sun gear lets go and guts the transmission. GM has a problem and they are not addressing it. I have been using the McAfee internet security for three years and have never had any problems, however the other day i switch to Norton because i am told it's better and i fell for it! I had to wait up to 5 hours for Norton Internet Security Suite 2007 to install and do a "quick" scan which was the slowest ever; compared to McAfee which took me about 5 minutes to install and half and hour for a full computer scan! Norton always says that your computer is not safe and needs updates.

Verizon continues to suffer from the attitudes developed when they ran a monopoly and consumers had no other choice. The market is very different today and consumers are in the driver’s seat. But Verizon remains incredibly difficult to deal with, even when you are trying to buy something from them.

The cake burned after cooking only 10 minutes, the thermostat was 100 degrees off. If you don't pay your bill as they want you to, if you pay it anytime after the due date, they want you to pay a huge deposit. The worst nightmare I has had, was , when i called up AIRTEL customer care in chennai. They are unable to resolve my issue, or have some courtesy towards the customer (ME).
