In the summer of 2006, we purchased two Sanger recliners. Now, in mid-September we noticed springs poking out the back of both chairs in approximately the same location. I contacted the store and they said we could either bring them in for repair or we would have to pay $35 for them to come and get them. One week after purchasing my dodge truck and spending $40,000+ the transmission wasn't shifting correctly and the dealership had to adjust the computer. Now @ 90,000 miles the computer went out and Dodge won't warranty it. The repairs are $900.00. My complaint is because the computer which regulates the transmission went out because condensation got in the computer and ruined it. I have a White Westinghouse steam iron station, 8J06 WW5100 (120V, 60 Hz, 1350 W), which I purchased at K-Mart in Waco, Texas. It steamed for only about a month. I fiddled with the steam tube/electrical wire from iron to base and found if I held it in a certain position it would steam....not something I'm prepared to do. I suspect the fault is in the electrical wiring, as steam should pass through a hose as long as it's being sent. Our local Wal Mart Super Center at Valley Al. seems to be getting worse every week when I go to buy groceries. This summer had Collegiate painters headed by Jeff St. Hillaire paint the inside of our house for $700.00. This was the kitchen, living room, tiny bathroom and hall. My complaint about Telkom is not just serious it is ridicules. We bought our Hitachi 50" 50V525 model Tv from sears canada and it was delivered in September 2005. As we were moving into our new home ( not until October 2005) the Tv sat until then. Andersen Windows makes some fine products, but electric-powered, venting roof windows is not one of them. I bought four such windows in 1994. The gears of the roto-operators (both the pre- and post-1998) become stripped/dislocated within 5-10 years. In addition, the electric power operators don’t fit well onto the roto-operators and need adjusting every year or two. Top Cleaners at 4400 Brownsville Road in Powder Springs, Georgia. (770) 222-0809. They shrunk a Pendleton wool bedspread approximately 12 inches the whole way around, was a queen, now won't fit a double bed. They refuse to refund our dry-cleaning cost and the cost of the wool bedspread. They are listed on the Better Business Bureau as having other complaints from other customers with unsatisfactory outcomes. We will probably end up taking them to small claims court. I had brakes put on my car at the Meineke at 3861 North Druid Hills in Decatur, GA. The shim came off the driver’s side brake. Mr. Brad Augutus refused to replace the shim despite the fact that it was within the warranty on the receipt. He then threw the shim in a garbage can behind his desk. I asked him to return the shim to me. He refused and told me to get it myself. I purchased a DVD camcorder from samsclub.com auction site for $320 When the product arrived, it was a open box display model. With smugs on the lens and dust on the view screen. On our arrival on 7 October Saturday we were informed that the Hard Rock Hotel didn’t have any rooms available to honor our reservation. I am VERY dissatisfied with my Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 924. I will never purchase a Dell Printer Again! It is extremely hard to change the ink cartridges. I bought a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator side by side with freezer in Aug. of 2005 at Lowe's in 2005. From the start the freezer had an ice cube problem.
