Electronics Dahisar East Mumbai has delivered us incomplete consignment of the grill type microwave oven;19 litre capacity( model 369)even after making him full payment; in the last week of Oct.2006.There was no glass plate on the turn tableafter opening the sealed package. This company advertises itself as an employment agency for the fishing industry. There are too many things that they are lying about to go in to detail. Suffice it to say in order to get individuals and groups to mail them a $39.00 fee ($35. for each individual in a group sent together) they return to you a 'job information packet' containing advice on how to put together a resume and a list of companies to mail the resumes to. I shipped a Pioneer Receiver in May 2006 to London by DHL, it arrived damaged, DHL report states “Due to rough handling the equipment got crushed” Because the equipment was insured for transit I submitted a claim on the 12th May 2006. Despite supplying detail information about the equipment, (out of the box failure etc), six months later DHL have not acknowledged my claim, nor have they made any indication towards a settlement. The lights on the track have ring that fits over the light. When the lights get hot the ring falls off. The "hot ring" falls off the light. On Saturday October 7, 2006 I purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger from this Dealership, which is about 50 miles from my home. When I test drove the vehicle everything worked fine. 1 day later, a noise began in the engine and the CD player stopped working, at the time of sale the salesman informed me that the Ford warranty had elapsed, so he would cover the vehicle for 1000 miles. I was supposed to have been connected on EarthLink's True Voice phone service on October 10. The equipment they sent did not work. They agreed to send me new equipment in 5 to 7 days. Keep in mind, EarthLink had already switched my phone service so that would have left me without service for the 5 to 7 days. We bought our stacking Frigidaire (top load) washer/dryer about seven years ago. We had an old Frigidaire pair that we gave away when we bought this troublemaker. The old washer filtered the water so the lint did not get into the pump and stop it up. This new unit has no such feature and occasionally "surprises" us with about 20 gallons of water on the floor. I have used sony’s products all my life and I have only run into 2 that caused rather expensive issues. First was a MD walkman that after a few months stopped making disks, the support told me to reinstall the drivers and that still didn't work but they wouldn't exchange it under there warranty. I booked a two (2) night stay at this hotel as a surprize for my husband who just returned from Malaysia. Upon check in I was charged twice for over $800.00 + $50.00 for a parking fee.
