I ordered the storm shutters in april and gave them a deposit of 15000.00 . They were supposed to install them in september, the owner came out in sept and told me they needed to upgrade the material and it would be another deposit of 4000.00 they came out in october and started to install but left after four hours, now i have half of the shutters laying around my property. This storm dropped over 20 inches of snow which took down power lines all over. Over 300,000 people were without power. I bought a Superba S/S model KSRA22ILWH3 over a year ago (April 05) from KA's (i.e. Whirlpool) warehouse in Laval Quebec. I have no issues with clearance, plenty of space all around. I inherited a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition from my father-in -law in August of 2006. I was just looking over the truck and noticed that the upper ball joint rubbers were busted open and all of the grease was gone. I got the truck at 24000 miles and now it has 28000 miles. Workers have fallen and they do not make an accident report and do not even acknowledge that one has fallen. They have meetings and they do not pay for that time.
