My vehicle was involved in an auto accident on 8/25/2006. I had my truck taken to maroone ford in delray for repair. To date, my truck has been the shop 5 times to correct body work issues. As of today, 12/5/, the truck is still not repaired and maroone is trying to bully me into allowing them to try and fix it again. They are trying to sway me from thinking about taking them to court. Took my kid to the doctor a couple of weeks ago for a minor illness. He has not been there for almost a year so they asked me to update his file. Receptionist hands me the clipboard and says "oh and we are going to need his social security number." I say "Oh?" She says "yes or the billing office will put the account on hold." During the month of August i have cleared my payment against the Bill raised by the company the company has not credited Rs. 300 deposited at one stop payment shop authorized by Hutch. In the month of November without any prior information my connection was inactivated by the co. Over $200.00 loss when company failed to complete an exchange on a returned jacket. Absolutely no response despite numerous attempts to contact MCS via phone, email,and letters over an 11 month period. A United Church "COURT" heard three days of testimony and found The Rev George Slater guilty of two counts of "sexual abuse and pastoral sexual misconduct". The "Court" made six recommendations. The Toronto Conference suppressed and covered up the most important recommendation, that the FINDINGS be provided to "those presbyteries and congregations in which Rev George Slater is known to have served" including The Hamilton, Bay Of Quinte and London Conferences. I spend at least 2 -3 hours once a week "talking" with my mother thru the IM's. And for several weeks now every 5 minutes a pop-up comes, FROM AOL, about spy ware. When this happens the cursor stops in the message filed. If i don't notice it, only a partial message gets sent. This gets VERY tiresome, i have the use of only 1 hand due to ALS and over the course of 3 hours how the hell many times do i have to say NO? On 10/18/06 my internet speed suddenly dropped by 75% (like someone flipped a switch). The speed hasn't come returned as of 12/2/06. I'm on the 8mbps/768kbps tier. After numerous calls to Comcast, and numerous visits by level 1 techs and line techs, all they say is that I have a good signal and everything looks fine. August 7, 2006 at Home Depot in Durango Colorado I ordered carpet for two rooms. I was asked to pay $100.00 and that I would be contacted later about the carpet installation. A man came to measure the rooms but I never heard from Home Depot thereafter about the delivery or installation. What a piece of absolute CRAP this phone is. Shame on me for replacing it twice with more of the same. 3 of these have cracked at the upper left hinge under normal use. I took a day off of work to get a delivery of a refrigerator on the evening of Thursday November 30th. I was sent a deficient product. I noticed on Saturday that my food had all spoiled and dripped that previous evening all over my carpet and kitchen floor. I lost about 2 hundred dollars worth of groceries. I bought ViewSonic LCD monitor at Fry's on 10/14/2006 and mailed the rebate form with all other required document to ViewSonic Rebate in White Bear Lake, MN on 10/16/2006. Checked their web site for rebate status and it always says rebate not found. Called them a few times and they always said it was not the system. It's been 8 weeks and it is still in the system as they claimed it should be. The girl that made my order put a lid on my my drink and I said I did not want a lid she said it was her job to put lid on it. I had fallen behind on a couple payments for my home depot credit card. Once i was back on my feet i called home depot to make payment arrangements with them they accepted my payments and agreed on other future payment arrangements. I was recently sent collection notice . when i contacted home depot they told me they were not allowed to speak with me anymore about my account. I bought an aspire 9500 from circuit city for $840 with tax in march of this year. I has worked fine for what I paid for it. Until recently that is. I am now getting a line down the middle of the screen. When I called acer they said to send it in and it take 10 days for the repair. No loaners no nothing. I time complaint about the Airtel's Network Coverage in the Kharadi MIDC, IT Park, but yet no action has been taken. There are many IT companies in this area such as Zensar, Synechron but the network quality is worst in this area. Only 1 or 2 bars are shown in the mobile and sometimes there are no bars shown. I have been facing lot of problem in my mobile. It does not get charge and if it does it works only for 6 hrs or so.As per details it should work for 250hrs. I am writing this letter to let you know about a disappointing occurrence my husband and I had at the St Regis in Laguna Beach. We chose this hotel since we are recent residence owners at the St Regis in New York. We booked a 5 night stay from July 21-26 and mostly, enjoyed our time.
