LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc.
December 13, 2006
We placed an on line order at www.flypentop.com for two Fly Pen Combo Packs. Leap Frog Enterprises advertises that when you place an order for the combo pack you receive a free backpack. Once our order was placed, and we attempted to confirm it, only one backpack showed up on the order. At www.flypentop.com your order, once entered, cannot be updated nor edited. We placed numerous telephone calls to Leap Frog Enterprises, all of which required at least three hours of our time attempting to resolve this simple problem. When we finally... read full review »

The service I have received from the local rep has been deplorable. I have asked them to reclaim the system and refund my money many times. I have contacted the Local BBB and they have forwarded my complaint and have had no response. It took the company 9 months to install the unit and I am left with out any confidence that the unit is work properly today. The local manager is rude and has not provided any relief. read full review »

McDonalds - Texas
December 13, 2006
Checked my receipt from the drive thru window at McDonald's, it listed a tax of 17 cents for carry out. Never heard of a carry out tax sounds like someone has created a new form of taxing.I guess that lazy people are being singled out for discrimination. You mean that if I went inside that I would not have been charged carry out tax on my order. This is serious business the next tax may be a tax for using the restrooms. Please have someone answer in plain English or Spanish. I have reached my wits end when it comes to donating my money to the Federal Government. read full review »

I was not quite 2 months behind on my auto payment. Someone called my job every day to remind me that i had a payment due. I asked them not to call my new employer. They kept calling. I had become sick and ended up in the emergency room. I went to work they came and repo'd my car. My husbands truck was used as collateral and they took it also. They did not offer to let me pay. This was a month ago. They will not work with me and i lost my job over all of this. I am now unemployed. It is Christmas and no vehicles. I have been trying... read full review »

December 13, 2006
We bought this time share 11/11/06. We tried to cancel the contract within the recession period & was told we can but will lose all our deposit. In spite of the documentation we have at hand, the salesperson insisted that the document does not apply to us. We felt trapped & helpless. We figured that's the end of that. Upon coming home in the U.S., we discovered more inaccurate information. We had pleaded our case with the company & so far has not resolved our issue. We can not believe what sales people will go to make commission. This is not right. read full review »

Endocrine Associates of Central Florida - Dr. Mandry
December 13, 2006
I was referred to an Endocrinologist by my primary physician for symptoms which she could not explain. When Dr. Mandry came into the room, I had given him a list of my symptoms, which he rapidly read through, and then began criticizing me. He began claiming that I needed to see a psychologist for a stress-related issue and that I was making it all up in my head. I was pleading for help and he was telling me to get my head checked. It was the single most offensive and insulting experience of my life. I urge everyone to not go to this doctor! read full review »

Last nightI bought a Martha Stewart pre lit 4 ft.christmas tree that originally sold for 59.99. Tonight, the entire top section of lights are not working. Rather than return it, I plan to rip all the lights off (I wanted clear lights anyway) But my point is I want to inform ANYONE who buys one of these trees to carefully examine how the branches are assembled. Since I bought the last one which was on display , I did not know how it was assemembled, but the store clerk asked me if he could please leave it assembled, he would even carry it... read full review »

Citifinancial Auto Loan
December 13, 2006
We purchased a car in 2001 with financing from a local lender. During the course of the loan, the loan was purchased by Citifinancial Auto. The final payment was due in August 2006. Our normal monthly payment was approx. $350. In August we were informed the final payment would be approx. $1300. After numerous phone calls, countless explanations, and an infinity spent on hold we were informed that the original lender had attached two months worth of insurance and the interest on that had inflated the loan amount. It took three months for... read full review »

RC Smart Store
December 12, 2006
I purchased a helicopter from http://stores.ebay.com/RC-Smart-Store in August of 2006. When it would not fly, I contacted the seller for replacement parts. After several months of corresponding with this Hong Kong-based seller, I was instructed to return the helicopter for a refund. I did so at the end of October. Since that time, I have had no contact with the seller and no refund. This RC Smart Store is a scam. I returned their helicopter in good faith and they repaid me by stealing my $230. read full review »

Public Storage - West Haven, CT
December 12, 2006
This is long, so please pardon me. I was searching for complaints on Public Storage and ran across my3cents.com. I'm in a dilemma with Public Storage in West Haven, CT. In March, 2006, I became homeless after my landlord did not pay her mortgage and the bank foreclosed. The bank wanted the house empty and, I was forced to place my belongings in storage. I chose public storage because of a $1.00 special they had. When I obtained my unit, I also applied for the 3 month stay special. I was forced to stay in a hotel, that... read full review »

To GM Customer service Buick Customer Assistance Complaint Department This is to inform your complaint department about the high-pressure disgusting way we were treated at the Randy Wise Chevrolet Buick Pontiac dealership in Milan Michigan. I am writing about a towing company located in Glen Burnie called Elvaton. I found them listed in the phone book. Their advertisement claims they tow motorcycles. They do, but they are way too expensive. I contacted them and a man named Josh answered the phone. I asked them how much it would cost to tow a MOTORCYCLE from point A to point B. Mid-West Life Insurance Company
December 12, 2006
My daughter and I thought we had medical coverage though this company, but it appears that we only pay for insurance. When medical bills are presented they are denied for payment. The list of excuses is long for this company. 80% coverage of medical bills must have only been a promise by Mid-West Life Insurance Company. It is certainly not a promise they intended on keeping. My doctor called Mid-West Life Insurance to make sure the procedure was covered. Mid-West said it was covered and then they refused to pay my doctor. Advice for travelers from hotel worker

Ok.. I am going to offer a little advice to travelers.. whether you are a business traveler or the occasional traveler. 1. If you make your reservation online or over a franchise 1800 number, always call the hotel directly to ask specific questions regarding your stay. Directions (ie road construction, internet service, gyms, breakfast, pool) the 1800 and net reservations don't always know if there is a problem at the hotel. 2.
