When i booked a the hotel Marinada in salou it clearly stated their cancellation policy which said "If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival date no fee will be charged. I booked it through Booking.com whom i contacted and they agreeded with me and is trying to contact them to get my money back. My account, Mobile phone No. 610275238, has been cancelled with approximately 20 euros still on it. I cannot get an explanation from the local vodafone shops here in Tenerife, Canary Isles. I bought Coach Models premium package of $89.00. In it states that your photos will be re-scanned and digitally enhanced, that you will be set up with a Coach Models photographer in your area, and that Coach Models will simply "hold your hand" and walk you thru the process. On 7/12/2011, I had a service call performedunder my home warranty. The service provider was selected by the home warranty company. The service provideres name is Glenn Butts, dba U.S. Heating and Air Conditioning, 624 Douglas Avenue, Ste 1402, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. The repair was for a garbage disposal. We took our 42 inch LCD TV to Millard Electronics as the screen was black, however, there was sound. They had the TV from 7/6, repaired on 7/13 (per invoice) and we picked it up on 7/18. When we picked it up the technician told my husband it was fixed and helped my husband load the TV. At home my husband and son hooked the TV up and half the screen would not come on. This daycare, I just feel sorry for the children and employees. The owner is a selfish unappreciated human. All he cares about is taking money from parents and saying one thing when they go and check out the daycare. Once the kid is enrolled everything that he said is out the door. He makes some of the teachers work by themselves so he won't spend so much money in payroll. Bell's departments don't talk to each other. I upgraded to FIBE internet to pay them $90/month for their fastest speed in 2008. I get an appointment for the technician to come to install it, it's not a regular modem so they have to send a guy from a different department to come. They guy doesn't show up. I call Bell, they apologize and send make me a second appointment a couple of weeks in the future, during this time I have no internet service! On July 4th in the evening, as I was laying in room 314 of this hotel, I felt my back itching. When I got up to check it out, I saw a bug crawling. After a few inspection, I noticed there were bed bugs on the pillow. I then lifted up the sheets and found two more crawling towards the headboard. I purchased a Samsumg SMH9207ST microwave 13 months ago for $350 from Lowe's. It was the model that Lowe's recommended. It now has decided to break, and apparently, they want $269 to repair it. The quality of the microwave is very poor and I do not recommend Samsumg to anyone. One of the main features of the unit was that it was supposed to be an excellent venthood - that was a lie. They call from a 909 number sometimes and other times a 714 or 310 number. I wish they would stop calling. I don't who they are but they use foul language on the phone and yell at me. Was told the price of service and received a bill completely different then what I was told. The person giving me the cost of procedures ensured me the price was correct. He also tried to convince me to have procedures not needed. His practice is more about capitalizing on the patient and not their care. There is no integrity in the medical field where doctors only want more money. Be very careful I had second opinion on the services he told me I needed-he was only trying to take my money.
