Ten months and still under warranty, freezer stopped working. Phoned Sears service and they offered to send repairperson out that or next day. Three hours later, with food thawing, Sears calls and postpones service call for 10 days. Telephone person gives a phone # for a warranty company that has no dealings with Sears. I made an online purchase of three pairs of boots. Two of the three where wrong size. I sent them back and after waiting two weeks more I received replacements which were incorrect again. Again another two weeks and wrong boots a third time. After two months and the fourth time they finally got it right! Then I check my visa statement and I see they have double charged me. I went in and closed my checking account with Wells Fargo in the middle of June 2011 because I was fed up with all the phony charges on my account. I have a GMC Truck. My air conditioner has been out for two years. I decided to finally get it fixed. I took it to Stuteville Ford on Friday 07/1/2011 to get the air conditioner fixed. DON'T USE COLLEGE LIFE LAUNDRY! They will charge you like 7$ extra if your laundry is even half a pound over weight, which is impossible to tell since I don't have a scale in my dorm. Also, I've gotten back about 5 ripped shirts from them, and they refused to cover any cost whatsoever. Often it seems like they just run water through my laundry, because if there is even a grass stain on my cloths, it never comes back clean. This gym has more use than any gym I have ever gone to. This translates to revenue in my opinion. Yet, this gym ALWAYS has broken cardio machines, weight machines and specifically, this week, the water fountain won't work. A gym without water!
