On 9/29/06 I paid off a dept to northeast credit and collections. The debt originated with NCO-MEDCLR, and was still owned by them. 30 days later I pull my credit report, and the account has been moved back to NCO from NCC and states that no money has been paid, and no settlement has been reached. When I called NCO I explained that I had a letter from NCC stating the account was paid in full and should reflect so on my credit report. Bargain Network W has charged my credit card twice and I have not authorized anything to this company, nor do I know anything about the company. I locked my keys in my car and called Dependable Locks Inc. I asked for an estimate I was given a quote of $39.00 service charge plus $15.00 fee. The dispatcher had told me that he would be there in approx. 30 min. 1 hour later the driver had arrived, it took less than 10 min and he charged me a total of $90.00. In 02/08 I went in asked for a rinse, the stylist gave me a permanent color that ruined my hair. I wrote Regis, they refunded my money but said they could not pay me when I had to have all my hair cut (that or buy a wig) so I actually paid them to ruin my hair. I sent them some hair to show how the permanent color ruined my hair. If it hadn't been cut, all the bald spots and missing edges were too noticeable. Had the worst haircut ever by a "hairstylist" named Mariela. She said she had eighteen years experience in Bulgaria but the cut she did looked like a child pulled the hair out with his fist. My instructions for the haircut were for her to even out both sides and work more on the left side.
