Blazing words has charged my bank account 72.21 I have no idea who there are and have never signed up for anything with them, I called my bank and due to the 72.21 pending I can not do anything about it until it has cleared. We paid the deposit for a shed from this company and placed the order. On many occasions, we told them that the purchase was dependent upon approval by the county and we wrote this onto the purchase contract. I bought this tortilla maker from New Universal Appliances located on Pioneer Blvd. Artesia, CA 90701. When I plugged it, it would not warm up and do the job as it supposed to do. i called the store, the owner said send it to the company. There is no address, phone # or email of the company on the user's guide that I can contact somebody to fix the problem. I was approved for a $5, 000 loan on May 28 2008, but I was suppose to send a $659.25 for a downpayment before they would send me the $5, 000. I bought a brand new Whirlpool hot water heater on 11/15/08 at Lowes. Thinking I was buying a reliable brand, I took it home and installed it. I have been fraudulently charged $69.95 for an iCareer Kit, that I have never applied for, and never received from, to my Capital One credit card for several months now, and the credit card company is finding FOR the fraudulent company!!! They can not supply me with a contract, or any other proof of purchase. The CC company says iCareer has my eMail address, and that is enough for them!? The program automatically reorders and sends whatever you ordered every three months and charges your credit card. I complained to them and they said that I approved being enrolled in the program when I bought my first order. This is BS! We ordered the Nitro Twister Scooter and the Vintage 150 from Scooter Nitro. They said free delivery and it would be 8-14 days. Today is business day 18 and no sign of the scooter. Almost immediately after ordering, they said there would be a delay. On business day 18, I got tracking info for ONLY 1 scooter. They said they were promised the other by the end of the week.
