These people market themselves as a computer systems monitoring company, watching small and medium sized business systems for security breaches and systems problems. What they don't tell prospective clients is that they outsource the monitoring to a company called Synergy, which does the actual monitoring. So, their clients could go directly to Synergy and get a better deal, since all techchex does is tack on their fees to what Synergy would charge for the exact same service. I bought a screened gazebo for $325 which collapsed from rain the day after I put it up. Harrows refused to return, refund or store credit me for this. They said I should have known that it isn't supposed to be out in the rain. After 1.5 hrs assembling it I wouldn't expect to have to take it down for rain.
