I took the first 2 classes in their wedding planner certification course. After signing up for the third I found a link to buy their study guide book on lulu.com. After checking out the first few pages of the book on this site I realized that the classes are simply the $125 book divided into chapters and charged 50-150 bucks to take. I have had terrible problems with kaplan. Soon as I picked up my grades to get my AA. They dropped me and told me I had to resubmit as a returning student. 4 to 6 weeks. They never return my phone calls or email but the financial aid department calls everyday. They also told me they don't do business with citibank anymore. When I called citibank they said kaplan has me listed as a current student. Citibank has sent them almost $6, 000.oo.Citibank says they are looking into it. After 4.5 hours at The Grooming Spot, I brought my dog home only to realize that they cut her skin in numerous spots with a razor!!! We found cuts on her legs, dewclaw, elbows, stomach and neck. Premier Steel Building totally ripped me off on my Steel Building. They were supposed to allow me when I could take delivery.
