I contracted with TDM on July, 2008 to have my shower redone in granite. The TDM employees cut the expensive granite slab I paid for incorrectly and installed only the floor. I told the boss Tony della Morte Junior about the mistake. He returned my deposit payment, contract, and a letter stating that he was not continuing the job. This mistake stalled my job completion for three months. I had to get another installer to finish installing the granite into my shower. I had to buy another granite slab that cost me $2650 in order for the shower walls to match the existing floor pattern. read full review »

1. I've never received invoice of with all my purchase with detail price.
I made the order of CANON SX10 IS for $269 online with sipping cost of $14.90 on Saturday 10/25/2008. Total was supposed to be $283.90. Here, I didn't receive any invoice email. So, I tried to log into my account that I created during checkout, but it didn't work either.

I am sending a complaint on behalf of my father. He has been receiving harassing phone calls from Chase Card Service. The name the representative gave is Mike Whaley. The numbers that show up on my father's phone are 1-800-424-5004, as well as 1-210-586-0050. This representative calls as many as five times in a row only to hang up. The calls are everyday. My BMX X3 Indicator came on that said I needed service (oil change, etc)within 1700 miles. I took the car in within the service period and they told me that because my car would be out of warrenty before the 1700 miles was up, (warrenty will be up in 1, 000) miles, they it would cost me $550 to have the service completed. The other warrenty service that I wanted done (engine was missing) they said that they would not do until I had the oil serviced. I went to Kroger Store in my community and for the second time my check was denied. I check with my bank to what was wrong with my checking account and was told I had more than enough to cash a check for my purchase.
Last night I needed to buy food for my sick son and again my check was denied. The register stated Invalid check. Mark offered his services as a producer and a completed video, interview and pictures in lieu of contract money owed to play showcase. I was guaranteed a refund from Legal CPU for a name change if my petition was rejected for any reason. It was rejected because the county where I live does not use the forms that Legal CPU sent. I called to ask for a refund. The guy I talked to yelled at me and was very rude. He said I would not get a refund. I persisted, and he told me to send the copies of the forms the county does use. I did this, and never heard from them. I contacted the California attorney general's office and Legal CPU never responded to them, either. Now I have to file a lawsuit. read full review »

300 gas vaoucher for coming out to hear presentation.
Had to print out gas voucher for each mounth with
$100 doller purchase to get $25 dollers back. worked
for June and July. Sent in voucher have not received
any money back. For August can not get into the

IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE, DON'T SHOP AT LD AUTOMOTIVE OR EQUITY AUTOMOTIVE! They are one dealership at two locations, and their "defraud the customer" motto applies at both addresses. I ordered a gas tank for my car from this company on Sept 3rd. They took my money from my account on the 4th. The website said products were shipped within 24-48 hrs. I contaced the company 3 days later to ask for a shipping number and never recieved a response. Okay, I have a Palm Treo 680. I keep it great condition. I have it in a hard shell case and have a screen protector for it. I woke up one morning to check the time on the phone and my screen had a black smudge inside of it and nothing appeared on the screen besides that smudge. The smudge is even visible when the phone is off so I knew right away the screen was damaged. I paid 500 dollars for the phone and it has a 1 year warranty and I have only had it for 7 months. Every time I get assurance that it will be OK in next 2-3 days, but nothing has happened and now I am fed up thinking to surrender the connection. The new year for Nazareth Powerhouse Gym sucks. Something changed. The gym is so dirty I can't take showers before I go to work. The showers are discusting and there are never towels on the floor to wipe equipment down. The classes have gone down hill. They used to be creative and energetic, now I don't know what is going on. I called the toll free number (1-877-567-7303), told them to remove the charge and credit my AT&T for it. Selling a product called Ultra Acai Berry which is manufactured in Alpharette, GA, this company is scamming people out of money by using an internet ad. They are offering people a FREE 15 day supply of this product but they in fact send you a 30 day supply and charge your Credit card $79.22. This is a scammer company. Owned by former owner of Claims Specialists International (look them up) Glenn Jessen now may go under the name of Jen. They send out their sales man door to door to assist you in the insurance claims for your roof. Do not use them! You do not need them. They will steal your insurance check and you might get a new roof! NEver use a third party like this for your roof.

I have worked for several HMOs, but it was not until I worked at a hospital and got MVP coverage that I found something to dislike about managed care.
MVP is, frankly, the worst run health plan I have ever encountered. Their customer service reps are pretty bad. They are unable to do basic things like run authorizations for visits without there being a problem. They are also underinformed about their products.
