Naxpmedia took the money for the dvd set ordered December-2007, however never shipped the item. Very hard to get through email. Impossible by phone. Received email stating that they were having trouble with their warehouse, item will ship soon, and that I could request a refund at any time. I took their word that it would ship soon and waited. I asked for a refund at the end of February 2008, but did not receive any return email from Naxpmedia nor have I received a refund. This company is a Major Scam!! I was a victim of debit card fraud by this company. I was charged 39.95 and 7.95 so far. I have contacted my bank and will be going in personally tomorrow to demand my money back. I got a pay day loan from them and I never got a contract or any confirmation of the loan. I tried to request it but there was no terms or interest rates posted. When you try to contact CS, there is no number listed and when it says to email Customer service, the email does not pop up. It goes no where. This "loan' company is a complete scam! They told me I was approved for a $5000.00 loan, but I had to pay 5 of my monthly payments upfront, totaling $787.50. After I sent the money, my so called rep's manager called to say that after reviewing my file, I had to send another $787.50 for a total of 10 months upfront because of my credit history, and then they would send me $7000.00 as opposed to the $5000.00 I had applied for.
