Everday when i ask for its status the owner replies "aaj nahi ho saka kal sham tak ho jayga". This type of service is being renderd by Nokia care centre. I do not have all the information about the above scam artists. I ordered a bottle of colon cleanse for shipping and handling charge of 3.99. They drafted 89.31 from my account before I had even received the product. How am I supposed to know I want to pay for something when I haven't even tried it. Also, you cannot reach them by phone. On 5/14/07 I sent a $9.00 check for a pre-paid Visa to Legacy Visa - a susidiary of 1st Natl Bank. The Check was cashed but no card ever arrived. I called the 1-800 # on the in closed pamphlet, but was given the run around, not once but several times. I requested they just return my money, if a card wasn't going to be issued. I purchased a pair of Baby Phat Jeans that cost approximately $90. within 3 washes the Baby Phat gold plate had ripped off and all the gold studs had disappeared. I followed all the washing instructions that the Jeans were labeled with. The lady I spoke with said the same thing- computer error and I would be credited the full amount. I brought up another charge from Wallace Herbals 647-477-2875 that was made back in December for the same amount. I purchased a 1.97 CD re: ways to obtain grants for small businesses. The company then charged me 39.95 for continue access to their database (which I never used); 7.95 was charged from ANOTHER company for "bonus" database access and another 9.95 was charged from ANOTHER company called networkagenda. The monies are being returned to me after many phone calls and threats to dispute charges via my credit card. This is SO unethical.
