As soon as I plugged in my new Lenovo T61 Laptop error messages popped up. Spent 8 days trying to get it set up. Found out there is no customer support unless you pay $100 per hour fee. No support on a new $1500 Laptop. HP did Sony did Toshiba also 4 one year but not Lenovo. Called a local tech $60 an hour. Agter 2 hours you have a corrupted hard drive on a fresh computer. It appears that many people have been SCAMMED by this company, who runs it's phony business with telephone numbers & online help only. I ordered WuYi tea for a month and I returned the remaining tea. Ordered tea from Wu Yi. Was billed and money withdrawn from account. For past two months have been noticing $19.95 withdrawn from my account by WI/Living Lean. Do not know what this charge is for, but called bank and had my card discontinued and new one issued so these people cannot continue taking money out of my account. Yes, I booked for new landline and broadband connection on 12.3.07; till now no action from BSNL (Bangalore) side. Not sure, whom should I contact for further followup. Once I personally went to commercial office where I booked the connection and got 2 contact numbers for further inquiry, but no luck.
