I bought a 48 inch by 18 ftpool last year at this time at your store. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty on it. I called warranty people and told them I have rip in pool cover. Two years ago I replaced all of the windows in my house with Pella fiberglass double-hung windows. The installer was DHD, the authorized company in Westchester County, NY. 10 of the windows have problems. So much air comes in that I have to stick insulation in the windows. I've called over and over again and have been told that the windows and installation are no longer under warranty and I will have to pay for any service.
