Entered into a contract with this outfit to service Blockbuster Video sites and Exxon/Mobil sites in March of this year. services were to clean and maintain landscaping at each site. This company state that they are selling authentic Gucci - they are not. This ACH (online payment method) has the worst customer service ever. On average it takes them 10 days to reply the simplest email to Support. They will block your account if you log in with an IP from a different country, and will not release your money afterwards. I have had directv for 6 years now in my RV. Up until last year I have had no trouble changing my location at least twice during the year in order to pick-up the local channels. Now they tell me that I cannot pick-up the local channels & they are blacked-out. I can only order the LA & NY local channels for an extra fee of $15.00 per month. Their intent is to increase their revenue & screw the customer service. I do not consider the LA & NY channels as local channels either. Bought a (supposedly) great HDTV antenna from this company. It was junk and failed to work any better than rabbit ears. It was also not UL listed and had defects. I received an RMA from them and returned the antenna but no refund ever came. After corresponding with them several times over a 2 month period there was still no refund.
