I agree with the other comments. The same thing happened to me and my Deluxe Rider for Vision suddenly doesn't cover Vision as they have outsourced it to another company with another set of providers. Of course the customer has no way of knowing this as they did not communicate it to the customer paying for the coverage! My Optometrist is covered but not the glasses he prescribed!! We've always used Sentry, but the store only had the XFT kind in stock. So I bought it. The first time we put it on, our 85lb Lab freaked out. Snapping at his back, scratching constantly...we thought maybe we scratched him with the application tube. So we did it again this month, very careful to not scratch him.
