I was contacted by this business for their Tucson Golf Magazine. The claimed they would give me a full page ad in a magazine that was delivered to 10 high end country clubs. The clubs were mostly public municipal courses. I called a few and they never heard of them. The ad they designed was horrible. They claimed it would be sent to the clubs in December and in February it still was not published.I tried to call and complain and there was never anyone available to talk to. My salesperson was full of answers but none were substantive. I think he was just buying time. This is a scam they will take your money and do nothing for you in return. read full review »

I purchased a Twist a Dent which is distributed by Natures Pillows in Trevose, PA. The product is supposed to remove small dents/bumps from a car. The contents included a pulling bridge, wingnut, hot glue gun, dent pulling tabs, glue & a cleaning solution.
You apply the hot glue to the pulling tab and place it in the middle of the bridge and tighten the wingnut.The dent/bump is supposed to pop out. When I did this the device popped up but did not remove the dent/bump, but the glue pulled the the original paint off of the car. I... read full review »

Spa cover failed in 4 months. Apparently some kind of air or gas is trapped within the plastic sheeting around the core causing the cover to bulge in hot weather. They refused to discuss our warranty claim on the phone-they require you to use email only.
They required us to take all kinds of photos of the cover, most of which had nothing to do with the problem. They then complained the photos weren't big enough, so we resubmitted them.

I purchased the Australian Gold Bronzer 4 level. It would not pump out the lotion. I called the company and they said I could mail back the lotion and they would inspect it to see what was wrong. I thought to myself, crazy I had to pay to ship back the lotion and wait 2-3 weeks for a response. I asked for them to send out a new pump to see if that would resolve the problem and it finally arrived 2-3 weeks later with no letter, no apology and no envelope to return the bottle in. Brought my car to Casey's Auto Body shop for a repair when my car was hit 4/7/ 2011 at parking lot in Antioch backing out of a parking lot coming from Patelco bank. As I was preparing to move forward another vehicle backing out did not look back, or hear me blasting my horn. I just paid for a one year subscription to this magazine. After one issue I was sent a letter that they are stopping publication with the next issue. They should not have accepted my 1 year subscription if they were going to stop publication the next month. They are still advertizing subscriptions at their web site. Beware of this magazine. I paid for a years subscription and got one issue. As far as I can find, there are no other magazines in print to cover motor scooters and mopeds. Is this common for today's magazine industry? Joseph Rosado, a current manager at Sterling McCall Ford, clearly doesn't know the meaning of the word CUSTOMER. He barely lets you talk, he puts you down, he treats you like a child, then complains you speak over him. He is extremely unprofessional. He doesn't realize you are the customer, and he is paid to give you a service. Don't understand how he can be a manager with that mentality. I went in to have a cavity filled. The people in the front were too busy talking about what amusement park they were going to visit or about how to talk their way out of getting speeding tickets. This place was rediculous. When I finally got back to see the dentist he told me they dont have enough time to fill my aching tooth. I would have to reschedule after the holiday weekend. So home I go to get the needle nosed pliers and take care of it myself. Kaiser dental will never get a recommendation from me. Don't go there. read full review »

DO NOT USE ACAI SWISS OR PURITY !!! Acai Swiss and Purity 12 made me sick to my stomach. When I finally found the phone number to call for complaints they told me that since I am past my 14day trial and I didn't call before the trial date ended that I was charged the $89.90 in full and could not be refunded. Waiting in line I asked the Manager is (Maria) if she was still serving breakfast, "No" she said, then an Employee of Albertson that was behind me went up and bought breakfast, Employee told me that Carls always gives her breakfast no matter what time it was.

I took my car in for a normal oil change and found when I received my car back that a $100 visa gift card was taken out of my glove box. I reported this to the service advisor as soon as I checked the car over and asked why someone had to go into my glove box for an oil change. I was told that they inspect the car for anything that needs to be replaced. I was told by the advisor that there was not a manager to speak with and was given his card and told he would call me that evening to follow up or at the latest the next day. Upon adopting a 3 mo. old kitten from the local shelter, I took him for his first visit to the VCA vet close to my home. All was well even after his first shot, until they used what seemed like an airgun for his second shot. It was really loud and even made me jump. It also made his tiny leg bleed a lot. They then gave me an estimate for his next visit. They wanted to see him in 1 month, they wanted to do a stool sample and a blood test, give him another set of shots and 3 mo's of Revolution.

I made a booking at Sam’s Snooze on May 9, 2011 at about 12 pm for a stay on May 10 from 11pm-3 am. My flight is at 5 am on May 11 (Turkish Airlines). Upon seeing the confirmation notice, I realized that the lounge is after immigration. Upon reading the IGI website, I expected the lounge to be on the baggage claim side of International terminal. I p/x my car for one of theirs. I was told it would come with x6mts warranty. I was given no paperwork and the dealer sold me the car from his 'house' after showing me the vehicle at an alternative dealership in watford. He is trading currently under the name 'Blackrock motors'. The dealer is called Ross. After making the overall Service 2 on 5-4-2011 a the engine started producing Loud Sound, then i visited the service again they to solve this problem but the engineer responsible of the Car (eng. I wanted to use my Visa Debit card for a purchase because I didnt have cash on me at the time. They said that the minimun charge had to be $10. I know this is illegal but I didnt say anything to the employee. I then had to go to the ATM and get cash but then had to pay to use the ATM ($3 at the ATM and then $2 from my bank). Please advise the business of this because not only does everybody not carry cash with them, they have to use an ATM machine and pay the charges for that machine. read full review »

I was unable to watch WC Ice Hockey in 2011 by terrestrial broadcast, therefore i have paid for internet stream provided by the broadcasting rights holder IIHF. However, i was unable to watch any of the matches i paid for due to technical difficulties on the provider's side. I have contacted IIHF after first match receiving reply promising that the broadcast will be working for the next match. My FNB Cheque card was meant to be delivered to me but as the courier could not find my site after I had sent him coordinates, I arranged to meet him after work. When I contacted him after work he was in Sun City for some reason and told me to meet him at a garage in town. When I arrived at the garage and tried to contact him, his phone was off.
