My family & I went to the Texas Roadhouse in Lafayette Indiana there were 7 of us. My husband and I could not get them to cook our steak the way we wanted them to, they were taken back several time and finally we decided to order something else, the waiter was very rud to us. Also the music was very, very load thatI could not visit with my family, I asked the manager if he could lower it down and he said yes, well he never did and my family and I had to actually yelled at each other so we could hear our conversations. Background music is at 70db or louder. We have complained to the store manager several times and asked to turn the volume down some. We were informed that the volume was set remotely from the home office, whever that is, and they had no local control. On 4/10/11 I placed an online order for flowers from 1-800-flowers.ca (Bloomex) at 11pm. I bought the Fields of Europe for Spring which I thought came in a vase. Since I had a choice of Dial up or Satellite Internet I went with Satellite and locked into a three year contract, over the first two years of complaints about download speeds I could still get no satisfaction.
