Even your wife and kid are shopping in the plaza and you step out to the other side of the road where the mall is, EZ TOWING has the license to steal your car. I made a purchase through Ebay from a seller using the name hiddentreasurespa2. When I received the items, 1 piece was bent, there were 2 other pieces that did not go with the set and I could see where it looked like someone had tried to drill (poorly) holes so the beads would fit. The seller reacted very poorly when they received negative feedback on Ebay. A claim was filed and the merchandise was sent back. My recent experience with The Source is this; I went in on Wednesday (March 2) and wanted to see if they had a Wii Sensor Bar, as mine had broke. We had the same experience at the Riviera Maya location 1/28/11. Many things were promised by the salesperson about the Grand Paradise Club membership which turned out to be not true. He assured us repeatedly that we had 5 business days to cancel per Mexican law with full refund.
