Hired Mike's Painting and Drywall as a result of a fire/smoke damage claim in my home. He ripped off the insurance company for thousands of dollars, skimmed on his work and walked off the job and did not complete the work he started. He did not paint the inside of closet doors, put caulk where needed, only gave one coat of paint on trim and walls when he got paid for two, he insisted he put on two coats of paint so he then charged by the hour for something he already got paid for to add a second coat of paint. Purchased RC helicopter model 9053 from emax toys through retailer Techno toys on 02/20/11. At the time of purchase, retailer pointed out possible design flaws. Flaws consisted of, rotor blade to close together and possibility of colliding with each other resulting in broken rotor blades. This occurred. Retailer allso stated that other former customers had attenpted to modify model 9053 helicopter to prevent rotor blades from making contact with each other. I have worn a lower partial for almost 20 years. With my previous dentist I never had any problems other than normal wear.
