I bought my laptop on Jan 10th 2011, and it was broken on Feb 4th 2011 and I dropped it at futureshop on Feb 8th. I was told it would need 2 weeks to be repaired. But now it's nearly 4 weeks. I received no calls, no emails and no apologies until now. I have called several times and just been told I need to wait one or two weeks more. No one tell me why my laptop did not work in less than one month and it takes so long to wait it to be repaired? This company engages in very bad business practices. Management waits to tell you that your rent will be raised over 25% until the day you have to give notice if you want to move out. So, they expect fair notice from you, but don't reciprocate. The office staff is completely incompetent, there is dog poop all over the property, and there isn't nearly enough parking. I have had Charter Communications for approximately two years. The picture quality for the HD is terrible, purple, pink and blue lines runs through the picture, or sometimes the picture just breaks completely up. Numerous call to the Get Charter phone number produced several credits which doesn't show as a credit on the bill, you can imagine what that mean (Get F----d). The service techs are not very good.
