One of their trucks came by my home and driver broke my mailbox on purpose. No one knows why and who drove AAA truck at that time. It was a battery truck and AAA written all over it in its normal red color. AAA was contacted and I was treated, I felt, like a jerk who does not know a AAA truck when I see one. They said today that they are not responsible for whoever did the damage even though it was their truck and one of their guys they contract. I noticed charges on my bank statement that listed Perfect Home and the above phone number. I called the number and they informed me that I completed an application and gave them my credit card number. This never happened! Even scarier is that this is not the only unknown charge I found on my statement. There were three others. Each one is set up the same way and they can tell me the date I signed up and what I was doing when I signed up. The rear pulley bolts on my 2007 Harley Davidson Utra Classid Electra Glide completely sheared off inside the wheel as I was driving down the road. I heard a noise and looked in the rearview mirror and saw something sliding down the road. Even after we bought our CPAP machine outright to stop the monthly lease charges we were continuously billed for lease charges for 2 more months and supplies we never ordered or needed. We had found a much less expensive place to purchase them. We paid for everything they sent twice that we never authorized and they continued to send it. Compared to Kelly Blue Book, this was a reasonable price for that model vehicle in excellent condition. I was looking for a newsletter on behalf of numerous sites. This company is a complete scammer. Supposedly the guy is either in Brazil, Japan... and when skipping out on you says he's in Europe. This person sells a newspaper script that you embed on your website. It only sends to your subscribers ONCE. In the scam, it requires you to donate on PAYPAL to get tech support. Once you get tech support for your donation, you are asked to get more for him to fix it. He never does and is chockfull of excuses why not to do it. I purchased an extended warranty issued by Banker's Warranty Group on an LG refrigerator. It has been 7 days since the repairman was at the house. The diagnosis was sent to Banker's Warranty Group for their approval, as per Banker's process, the very next day. 7 days later Bankers approved the purchase of the part. Someone had their teeth pulled at Wilson Dental and they sent them home bleeding badly. By that eveing the person was in the Wilson Hospital ER because the bleeding would not stop. Skype terms of usage allowed for unlimited calls for US and Canada is 10, 000 minutes per month or 6 hours per day maximum. My unlimited subscription started in October 2010 paid for the whole year. I used up 6hours+ in a day just one time (3-way calling) on February 3, 2011. Since then, skype charges me each time I call. We leased our credit card machine from these criminals. They continued to debit our checking account for lease payments after we had paid in full for the credit card machine. I had to pay a "Cancellation" fee even though we had no contract and had paid in full and then some for the credit card machine. All this transpired over 2 years ago. Just like the rest of the MANY complaints online, I was also duped by Brian Kucsan and his team and law firm. They get referrals from Activus loans and other companies. They pretend to "pre-qualify" you, charge a couplle of thousand of dollars, and then do nothing that we are not able to do ourselves. In fact, I had better luck getting straight answers from Wells Fargo than from K & M. They also lied about Wells Fargo accepting the application and sending the paperwork to my house. Strayer university has a policy to keep student refund checks for a max of 5 weeks. Therefore earning interest off the students money for the organization. Students go through pure HELL to recieve their own refunds. They are lied to. They are promised time spans to recieve and told many stories that they are being processed. The financial-aide staff is both inexperience and unprofessional when it comes to completing these loans on time. They need more training.
