The mechanic Jameal(Shorty) does not use good customer service. He agures and swears at customers including myself. He does shotty mechanic work sometimes and drinks on the job. I went in on 5/21/10 to get services done, in which the part wasn't installed properly. Avoid using these people. I took my truck in for repairs. I told them what my truck needed to run properly. They didn't do what I requested. But they claimed to do $500 worth of labor on something. On January 21, 2010, Vista BMW of Pompano Beach was unable to give me a BMW loaner car so they had Enterprise Rental of Pompano Beach pick me up to rent a car for the night. On January 21st, I had service done to my BMW, which was under warranty, and needed a loaner car overnight. Since there were no loaners left (even though one was parked in front) they had Enterprise Rental pick me up and rent through them. Amazing lack of service and follow up. Called on a web listed car, told they would call me back. Total and complete disregard for the contract to sub-lease vehicles (as well as boats and air craft) so that the payments could be made by a new, short term user. It is obvious that this company was set up with the intention of steeling cars directly (and willingly!) from the current (and still financially responsible) owner. My convertible was taken in for a 2 hour windshield replacement and three hours later I was called with a "problem". They had lowered the roof (I had not been notified that this would be necessary) and it was stuck half way open. I brought my car to Tire Kingdom on several occasions, every time i went there it was another big catastrophe. Fist I needed all new tires, second time my belts were ready to snap, third time my shocks were bad.
