In February I purchased what I thought was a good car a 1998 Mitisubishi Galant. When i arrived at the dealership, I was under impression they had several cars on there lot. None of the cars listed on there website was not there. I called two days prior to purchasing a car from them and was inquiring about a 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe. I purchased a 2006 Nissan Frontier Pick-up in 2008. With only 40, 000 miles on the vehicle, the radiator failed which caused gyclol to enter the transmission. The transmission failed along with the torque convertor. Nissan paid for the repairs except for the radiator, because they said it was out of warranty. I had to pay for the radiator, and because of economics I purchased a new after market radiator. I had the truck for a month and the rear end differential failed. On 11-12-2009, I was on my way to Ann Arbor, Mi. I was driving my husband to the V.A. Hospital there. Approx. 28 miles north on highway 23, my car, a 2004 Dodge Intrepid SE, gauge showed signs of over heating. The gauge had raised slightly. I refinanced my new Ford with my Bank and got a better rate than Ford Credit. I had paid a couple of thousand dollars for Gap Insurance which needs to be refunded. I asked for the refund in late August and its December and still getting the run around. Ford Credit says the dealer gets the money, the dealer says they havent gotten it yet and round and round we go. RIPOFF! read full review »

I fueled up my car for $30.oo and when I got home, I checked my bank because I had to do some online bills I noticed right away Esso billed my account $100.00. I paid for this purchase with my bank debit card at the pump swipe card reader. The bank said to go back to Esso and get a refund or credit. The Esso said I had to contact Esso Corporate office. Esso Corporate Office said it was the bank holding my money and would take 5 days to clear or fix this. I really don't see the bank holding my money and it clearly says Esso was paid $100. read full review »

My husband had his car audio system hooked up at this "business". Not only did the employee damage his car and not even offer to repair his damages, but he destroyed the speakers in our car. He incorrectly installed wires, which left them very shoddy and dangerous. He offered to fix one wire free of charge the next day. I bought a Tata Sumo Grande EX TCIC, the same was delivered to me on 6th November 2009. The effort by the dealer was Zero to make me purchase, Infact they did not have any brochure or catalogue for the model. They gave me the specs of Sumo grande dicor and said that the features are same for the variants except for the engine which will be turbo. This company is absolutely terrible -- their sales picks up right away and is happy to sell you a scooter, but their customer service leaves you on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time before you eventually give up. Had a 30, 000 miles service for $600.00, 6 weeks later I had a flat. Tripple A came and when he changed tire inform me that both rear tires was bald on the corners. So I took the car to a place I knew they replaced the tires and aligned the front end. cost $350.00.What I would like to know is why was I not told about it when they rotated the tires at Crystal Auto Mall, witch also told me next time I came in that I only had 25% brakes left. It has been 5 weeks since my car was taken to this dealership to find out what was wrong with the car and to get the extended warranty co to approve or deny what has to be done. No rental we have been borrowing vehicles to transport my 90yr old Mother to appoints and shopping. I get the run around from the dealer, they say it the insurance company and the insurance company says it is the dealer. The insurance co says they don't make phone calls that the dealer is to let us know what is happening and dealer says the opposite., So my car still is not fixed and is getting a rebuilt engine we know nothing about and no one cares. Just wondering why this dealership is allowed to charge such extraordinary prices for services. We have had to take our four year old car in for numerous services only to have to drive it away due to such high service charges. Examples: $225 for a battery replacement; $450 for rear disk brake pads only; and $328 to replace an ignition key. Also, the car is only four years old and on its 3rd battery. Normal GM hours charge posted in bulletine 05068 in september 2005 states labour charges of .8 + .1 hour to service this recall. When the same work was performed at the about dealer ship was charged 2.5 hour at rate of 109/ hour. Called the dealership service manager and he said they are allowed to charge whatever they feel time. Did not offer any refund. This the reason i posted this. Being a frequent easyJet customer, I was used to rent my car from Europcar, their preferred partner. My destination is mostly Malaga, Spain. Recently I was abused by Europcar, since they charged me for a damage that was already present on the car. It was minor damage on the front spoiler, several small indents any car would encounter during its life, due to some projection particle on the road. For some reason Chase system gave me an error and could not complete the transaction. So I went to a Chase branch on the 21st and paid the car payment.
