I ordered a xb600 extreme electric scooter from the go store in Ohio It came from Alpha products in Iowa. This should have told me something!!! I had the scooter 1 1/2 months not to say it was not delivered on the date I asked and no tracking number. I sat at home for days wondering when it would get here . The seat broke I ordered a replacement .Waiter a nother month and a half. They lost the order by this time the rear wheel motor went out. Went to Valvoline for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The service technician called me over to tell me had broken my wheel nut off while attempting to remove the tire. The damage cost me $165 to repair and Valvoline has been totally non-responsive in assuming liability for the damage or offering me any kind of reimbursement. Don't go here!! read full review »

My daughter recently had driving lessons with the above company. She booked 5 in advance and paid for them. She was told that she would have to pay for cancellations unless the instructor managed to fill the slot to which we agreed. My daughter had to cancel on two occasions due to ill health but the instructor did not ask for a cancellation fee at subsequent lessons so we presumed that she had filled the slot. I purchased an engine approximately on the above date, they took the money out of my account and delivered it approximately a week later. When arrived it was damaged. I phoned to complain they put £100 back in my account to buy damaged parts to which I did. Fitted the engine lasted 3 days then ceased up. After continuous phone calls (43 in all) they kept telling me they would send a replacement engine and after 10 weeks of chasing the replacement engine they finally delivered a second engine which was also found to be damaged and beyond... read full review »

GO Subaru Service Dept. is deceptive in their pricing, charging excessive fees beyond what the manufacturer recommends. When questioned about this deception the Service Dept. Manager surprisingly made no attempt to provide a satisfactory explanation. Bottom line, I was charged $315 for an oil change, and 'inspection!' In April 2005, I took my 2001 Honda Accord w/30, 000 miles to Village Transmission because it stopped running. They told me over the phone that the transmission needed to be rebuilt so I consented to having it done. I paid $2100.00 for the job. Eight months later, the transmission started having problems again in December 2006, so I took it back. I took my car in for its MOT which it failed on a few minor issues. I took the car to an external garage to get the parts fixed so that i could get it back in time to take advantage of the free re-test within a 48 hour period. The car was fixed the next day and was ready to have the re-test carried out on it, but when i called up to book the car in, they were too busy to look at it and informed me that it would have to be the day after, rendering the free 48 hour period useless. la fiesta repossessed my car while I was at work on 11/4/09 due to to my wife's vehicle being in default. My wife and i are separated and she has a 2001 ford explorer from la fiesta that she has not paid on in sometime. I was never notified that the account was behind and had no prior knowledge that they would get my vehicle because her vehicle was default. I bought an X-treme electric scooter ATV-1000 for my wife last Christmas (2008). I worked OK after the first 3 trys in January. There was a problem with the controller emitting a loud high-pitched whine, so I bought another controller that was suppossed to have this fixed from the factory. I placed an order exactly two months ago and I was charged two days after placing the order. It has been exactly two months and I have not received a tracking number for the items I ordered. I have called multiple times and emailed this business and I have been continually promised "they'll be in this Friday" or "we expect them in next week."
