We bought a new 2010 tundra, the company had it brought in, we took the truck home and did not notice the deep scratches in the bed;we called and took it back in, and all they wanted to do was lousy touch up at first then they they offered a bed liner but only if we paid 300.00 and they pay 75.00;we have called toyota 3 times and they have contacted them and still no response how would you like to buy a new truck and then discover a bunch of scratches and then as if you haven't paid enough they want you to pay for something that was not caused by you;which they hint that you did. read full review »

I rented a car from Fox Autorent and I was scammed into repairs I didn't cause. I've rented vehicles before and never had any problems. Here I looked over the vehicle the best I could for any damages and pointing the ones out I saw. Sure enough on the return of the vehicle a small crack on the windshield was spotted by an employee under the wiper blade. Unfortunately the 2005 Dodge Neon which I still own is something I regreat most in my life. It became too expensive quickly and there was no way out because of the huge burried debt, I have had problems with it and this past summer had to put a new engine because the original one stopped running at around 73, 000 miles and it still needs a catalytic converter. Requested an exchange for a new scooter. The company kept sending replacement parts/and or the wrong parts instead. They refuse to cover the cost to ship the scooter back to them for a replacement. The tech who is probably still in high school working for minimum wage tried to replace my perfectly good drain plug with a new one that was not the right size for my car. The tech stripped the threads to my oil pan. The manager said that the problem was caused by normal wear and tear and that my car was 10 years old. I received no gas ad the attendan would do nothing about it. She just laughed when I told her to cll the help line or her boss. Sir, We have complaints against Jaya Gas Agency Varkala. The service is not at all satisfactory. On booking for refilling of gas, the same will be delivered after 25-30 days. But in nearby places of Varkala, there is no scarcity for gas. Now, one more issue is faced by most of the consumers. I recently hired a car from 1car1 and was unfortunate enough to get a flat tire. I rang the recovery telephone number and was given the number for the AA and told it would cost me £84. The AA were fantastic and were surprised when i mentioned the charge - apparently the AA have an agreement with Vauxhall which covers all new vehicles.
