Think twice about ordering a car from this company!! They accepted a $5, 000 deposit on a new 2010 Ford Taurus from us in early July 2009 and now it is early October and still no car! We were told "we can't control delivery times" after they promised the car in 6-8 weeks at the time the deposit was made. We want our deposit back and we were flatly refused it by the general manager. They also did not even order the car until twelve days after we made the deposit and have been unwilling to explain why. This limousine company was disastrous. First, I initially ordered a higher-end limousine which they gave to another client and did not adjust the price when they gave me a lower class limo. Second, the driver showed up 45 minutes to pick me up and when I contacted the company on my way to the hotel, they informed the driver not to take me to my destination unless I paid in cash. They already charged my cc. They returned me home and never refunded the money for the service even though they did not take me further than 5 minutes away from my house. I have been with TD Insurance for at least 16 years that they have on the log. I know it's more like 19 years. On a Friday I get a phone call after hours from man that states call the company we are not renewing your insurance. I call and am told I have minor infractions with my car and that they have no long term committment with loyalty. Just that they are not renewing me and without much warning. Customer service is going down the tubes these days. Everything is on auto dial 1 or 2 or 6. No humans runs phones anymore. I highly recommend you do not do insurance with TD. read full review »

In the summer months the heat causes the bike to flood when the engine is hot and you leave the bike sitting in the sun for several minutes. I have not been able to find a mechanic or any one else who can nail down this problem. I ask everyone I see on an 1100 V Star, they all seem to have the same problem.
